Overview

My PT Hub is coaching-business software for personal trainers and fitness professionals who need to manage clients and deliver training online, in person or across both. Its breadth is appealing for coaches who want programming, client communication and payment tools under one roof, though the Starter plan’s small client cap makes plan choice important.

Trainers control what clients can access, limiting them to assigned content or material shared through Packages. That offers a useful boundary when a coach serves clients with different programs. Fitii Ltd, the UK-based operator, says it complies with UK and EEA data-protection laws, including GDPR, and maintains internal GDPR policies.

Key features

The platform combines more than 15 personal-training features, spanning workout and nutrition coaching, check-ins, bookings, compliance, communities and messaging. That range can reduce the need to stitch together separate tools for routine coaching tasks; coaches who need only workout tracking may find the broader business focus unnecessary.

Workout and nutrition programming: The library offers more than 8,000 HD exercise videos, with the option to upload a coach’s own. A database of over 650,000 food items and a barcode scanner support nutrition work. Together these give coaches substantial preloaded material, while the ability to add exercises helps accommodate content outside the library.
Client management and progress: A client portal, goals and progress tracking, forms, assessments and check-ins support ongoing coaching. Starter includes metrics and progress photos, but its three-client ceiling means it is best treated as a small-scale starting point rather than a roomy long-term tier.
Scheduling and communication: Session scheduling, one-to-one bookings and chat messaging support individual coaching. Higher plans add group bookings, classes and live streams, as well as scheduled or automated messaging on Premium and Ultimate. Those additions matter most when a coach is building group programs or wants recurring communications rather than handling each interaction manually.
Payments and integrations: Payment processing supports one-off and recurring charges in more than 190 countries, including Apple Pay. Direct integrations include Apple Health, Apple Watch, Google Fit, MyFitnessPal and Fitbit; external calendar support includes Google Calendar and iCal. Wearable data can surface calories burned, steps, sleep, distance and flights climbed, giving coaches additional progress signals without relying only on client-entered updates.
Support: Coaches can use the support center, live chat, email or booked calls.

Pricing

My PT Hub offers a free plan and a 30-day trial. Starter begins at $22.50/mo, billed annually and paid monthly. The price is paired with strict working limits: three clients, 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans. It includes payment processing, one-to-one bookings, habit coaching, metrics and progress photos, and chat messaging. This is a defined entry tier for a solo coach with a very small roster; anyone likely to exceed any of those caps should compare higher plans before committing.

Premium is $5215.60 USD per month, billed annually and paid monthly. It removes the listed client, workout and nutrition-plan limits and adds an AI workout builder, group bookings, classes and live streams, automated check-ins, scheduled and automated messaging, program compliance, communities and priority support. The unusually high stated monthly price makes it difficult to recommend without a clear need for those capabilities and careful confirmation of the amount before purchase.

Ultimate is $195.00 USD per month, billed annually and paid monthly. It includes everything in Premium, with the same unlimited client and programming capacity and group-coaching tools, plus concierge support. As stated, it costs substantially less than Premium despite including its features, so buyers should verify the applicable plan and price before choosing. The annual billing commitment, even with monthly payments, is relevant for both paid tiers.

Platforms

My PT Hub is available on Android, iOS and the web, giving coaches and clients options across mobile and browser use. The mix suits businesses serving clients on different devices; wearable and health integrations add data from supported services.

Who it's for

My PT Hub is aimed at in-person, hybrid and online personal trainers, as well as nutrition, wellness and holistic-health coaches. CrossFit and HYROX coaches, studios and small gyms are also among its intended customers. Its programming, scheduling, payments and group features make it a stronger fit for a business delivering several kinds of coaching than for an individual seeking only a workout log.

Starter is most plausible for a coach with no more than three clients and modest content needs. Businesses with larger rosters or recurring group sessions will need the unlimited capacity and group tools of Premium or Ultimate, while the stated pricing makes that choice especially important to assess.

Pros and cons

Pro: Broad coaching toolkit. Programming, nutrition, bookings, payments, communication and progress tools cover much of the operating work of a coaching business in one platform.
Pro: Substantial built-in content. More than 8,000 exercise videos and over 650,000 food items give coaches a large starting library, with custom exercise uploads available.
Pro: Broad payment and integration reach. Recurring and one-off payments across more than 190 countries, Apple Pay, health and wearable integrations, and calendar support can simplify a distributed coaching workflow.
Con: Starter is tightly capped. Three clients, 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans can constrain even a growing solo practice.
Con: Higher-tier pricing needs scrutiny. The stated Premium price is $5215.60 USD per month, while Ultimate is $195.00 USD per month and includes everything in Premium. That pricing relationship warrants confirmation before purchase.
Con: Some features are tier-dependent. Group bookings, live streams, automated check-ins, scheduled messaging and communities appear in the higher plans, so Starter does not provide the full business-scale toolkit.

Alternatives

Consider Traneos if a larger free client allowance is the priority: its free plan supports up to five clients, compared with My PT Hub Starter’s three, and includes basic tracking, reminders and a 14-day Pro trial.

ABC Trainerize is another option to compare for a free entry plan, though its Basic tier includes one client seat.

For other coaching and fitness options, compare the Coaching Software, Personal Trainer Software, Gym App Builder Software and Fitness Workout Tracking Software directories. Also consider FitSW, Everfit, TrainHeroic, PT Distinction, upcoach or Coach.me when comparing coaching and fitness tools.

Verdict

My PT Hub is a strong fit for a personal-training or wellness business that wants client management, content, payments and coaching communications together, especially when health integrations and group services matter. Choose it if the bundled workflow outweighs the Starter caps and the higher-tier commitment; look elsewhere if you need a generous low-cost client allowance or cannot justify the stated Premium and Ultimate pricing.
