Overview

Morphic brings generation, animation, editing, and sound into a browser workflow, drawing on video, image, and audio models from multiple providers. Object selection, segmentation, upscaling, and prompt-guided edits give creators ways to refine results, while reusable characters and styles help maintain a consistent look and tone across scenes. Ready-made workflows for video, images, effects, and creative production can give users a starting point, though the breadth of the toolkit does not make credit use straightforward.

It supports text-to-video, image-to-video, and AI avatars, with a maximum resolution of 4K and a maximum video length of 0.5. Commercial use is supported. Credit consumption varies by operation, so the same balance may go further for some work than others.

Key features

Creation and editing: Generate, animate, edit, and add sound, then refine work with object selection, segmentation, upscaling, and prompt-guided changes. This range suits creators who want several stages of production in one service rather than a single-purpose generator.
Reusable visual identity: Characters and styles can be reused across scenes for a coherent tone and look, a practical advantage for projects that need continuity.
Team workspaces: Teams can invite members, collaborate, exchange ideas, and align work across workspaces. The Pro and Pro Max plans allow additional users at extra cost; Enterprise offers custom seat limits.
Support and assurance: Support includes a help center, Discord, X, Instagram, and contact options. Paid plans list email support, creative advisory, and private workshops. Morphic is AICPA SOC 2 Type 1 certified.

Pricing

The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and lasts forever. It gives one user up to 20 credits, with limited models and workflows. That is useful for a first look, but a small balance and restricted selection make it a narrow fit for sustained production.

Education costs 4.00 USD per month and provides 610 monthly credits; a valid school email address is required. It is the lowest-priced monthly option, but the eligibility requirement and smaller allowance make it specifically suited to qualifying students or educators.

Basic costs 19.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for one user, all models and workflows, and 2,400 monthly credits. Standard costs 24.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for one user, all models and workflows, and 3,625 monthly credits. Standard is the stronger solo choice for users who need more monthly capacity; Basic keeps the same stated model and workflow access at a lower price and smaller quota.

Pro costs 45.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and includes 6,350 shared monthly credits for one user, with up to four additional users at extra cost. Pro Max costs 170.00 USD per month, billed monthly, with 24,650 shared monthly credits for one user and up to nine additional users at extra cost. These plans suit teams that can share a pool; extra seats cost more, and variable credit consumption still complicates forecasting.

Enterprise uses custom pricing and billing terms, with high-volume credits, custom seat limits, all models, and workflows. It is the fit for organizations that need tailored scale and seats rather than a fixed allowance.

Credit packs offer another route: Growth costs 25.00 USD per once for 2,500 credits, while Growth credit pack costs 25.00 USD per month for 2,500 credits. Pro credit pack costs 100.00 USD per once for 11,110 credits; Plus credit pack costs 250.00 USD per month for 29,400 credits; and Ultra credit pack costs 500.00 USD per month for 62,500 credits. Credit packs are valid for 180 days, so buyers should consider whether their workload can use the balance within that period. Morphic allows users to start free and upgrade or cancel anytime.

Platforms

Morphic runs on the web and requires no downloads or installs. That keeps access browser-based, but the listed platform support does not extend beyond the web.

Who it's for

Morphic is best for creators who need a mix of video, image, and audio generation with editing controls, reusable visual elements, and optional team collaboration. It is less suited to anyone who needs tightly predictable per-project costs: credits are consumed differently by operation, and the free plan's 20-credit limit is modest.

Pros and cons

Pro: Generation, animation, editing, and sound tools sit alongside models from multiple providers, giving creative workflows room to span several media types.
Pro: Reusable characters and styles support continuity across scenes, useful for work with recurring visual elements.
Pro: Commercial use is supported, and the browser-based service needs no installation.
Con: Credit use varies by operation, making it harder to estimate how much work a plan balance will cover.
Con: Free access is limited to 20 credits, one user, and restricted models and workflows.
Con: Additional users on Pro and Pro Max cost extra, so the advertised shared credit pool is not the entire team cost.

Alternatives

For a narrower focus on sound, AI Sound Effect Generators is a relevant category to explore; AI Voice Conversion Software is the corresponding category for voice conversion. AI Mockup Generators is the category to consider for mockup creation, while AI video generators focuses on video generation.

Choose Mirelo if audio work and cross-platform access matter more: it supports API, macOS, web, and Windows, and its Creator plan costs 20 € per month for 24,000 monthly credits and 20 projects, with additional credits at 0,90 € per 1,000. Sonilo is worth considering for its free tier, which includes 2,000 credits every two weeks and stated allowances for video soundtracks, text-to-music, and text-to-sound-effects; it also has a free trial and supports Android, API, iOS, and web.

Async may suit users who want AI chat for media, with a free plan offering 10 lifetime AI credits, one hour of media upload to AI chat, exports up to 720p, and 2 GB storage. AudioGen is a free self-hosted option for users able to run local inference on a GPU with at least 16 GB of memory. HueFold is another freemium option, with Android and web access and a free tier that can be upgraded anytime.

Pixazo AI SFX Generator may fit users seeking a trial-based sound-effects option: its free tier provides 100 bonus credits during a 7-day trial, but credits lapse afterward and the trial has no API access or commercial rights. SeedAudio offers a free first generation without sign-up, followed by 20 free credits on sign-up (about one generation), and supports generations up to 60 seconds. SFX Studio is a free option with signup credits, no credit card, and no watermark; its Pro plan costs 9.50 USD per month, billed monthly, for higher credits and priority processing.

Verdict

Choose Morphic if you want a browser-based creative workspace that combines generation, editing, sound, reusable styles, and collaboration, especially when commercial use matters. Look elsewhere if you need predictable output costs or a generous free allowance: operation-dependent credit use and the 20-credit cap are its clearest constraints.
