Overview

Pitch is presentation software for people who need to create decks and work on them with others. It suits small groups that want design tools across web, desktop and mobile, but its plan structure makes team size and sharing requirements important to check before choosing it.

Templates, presentation design, illustration tools and a brand kit cover several parts of the slide-making process, while real-time collaboration supports shared work. The main trade-off is that the free plan has finite member, guest and storage limits, and more extensive team features require an annual paid plan.

Key features

Presentation design: A template library and presentation design tools provide a starting point for building decks. Illustration tools and a brand kit add design capabilities, which should be useful to users who want presentation and visual-branding features in one product.
Real-time collaboration: Pitch supports real-time collaboration. That makes it a plausible choice for people working on presentations together, though the number of members and external guests depends on the plan.
Multiple platforms: Pitch supports web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, with desktop and mobile apps as well as browser access. This gives users options for working across device types.

Pricing

Pitch uses a freemium model. The Free plan costs €0.00 per free and is free forever. It allows 5 members and 2 external guests, with 10GB total storage. That is a useful starting point for a small group, but the shared storage cap and guest allowance may constrain a team with more people or files.

Plus costs €10.00 per month, billed yearly. It is limited to 1 member, 5 external guests and 10GB per member. Its single-member cap makes it a fit for an individual who needs to include guests, not a straightforward upgrade for a multi-member team.

Team costs €15.00 per month, billed yearly, and supports 25 members, 25 advanced links, 3 teamspaces, 2 shared pitch rooms, 25 external guests and 10GB per member. This is the more relevant tier for a group that needs shared workspaces and rooms without moving to a large organization plan.

Business costs €20.00 per month, billed yearly. It raises capacity to 200 members and makes advanced links, teamspaces, shared pitch rooms and external guests unlimited, with 10GB per member. It fits larger teams that need those limits lifted; readers who do not need that capacity may find Team more proportionate.

Enterprise has custom pricing, requires a minimum of 30 seats and covers more than 200 members. It is aimed at organizations beyond Business's member ceiling, rather than small teams seeking a lower-cost plan.

Platforms

Pitch runs on the web and has apps for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. That breadth is useful for teams whose members use different kinds of devices.

Who it's for

Pitch is best suited to individuals and teams that value presentation design, a brand kit and real-time collaboration, and want access across desktop and mobile platforms. The Free plan can serve a small group, while Team and Business spell out higher member, guest and workspace capacities. It is less compelling for groups that need more than one member on the Plus plan or that cannot accept the Free plan's total-storage limit.

Pros and cons

Pro: The combination of templates, presentation design, illustration tools and a brand kit supports both slide creation and visual consistency.
Pro: Web, desktop and mobile availability gives users several ways to access Pitch across common device platforms.
Pro: Team and Business specify member, guest and collaboration-feature limits, making it possible to match a plan to a team's stated capacity needs.
Con: Free storage is capped at 10GB total, so the allowance does not grow with the number of members.
Con: Plus allows only 1 member, limiting its fit for teams despite its allowance of 5 external guests.
Con: Paid plan prices are tied to yearly billing, which is less flexible for readers who do not want an annual commitment.

Alternatives

For readers comparing categories, Pitch also belongs among presentation software, graphic design software, AI presentation makers, AI presentation software and sales presentation software.

OpenCharts is an alternative with a free plan that includes 500K AI credits, one of each project type, one Code Canvas project, 10 GB Drive storage and all export formats; consider it if those allowances better match the work you need to do.

ChatSlide offers a free web plan with 100 credits and PDF export, so it is an option for readers who want to start with a credit-based free plan and PDF output.

Presenton is another freemium presentation option, with web, macOS, Windows and Linux platforms and an Enterprise plan for 30 users.

arg.ai has a free plan with 1 GB storage and a Team plan at 10.00 USD per month, billed annually, with 10 GB pooled storage per user. It may suit readers comparing storage and team pricing.

Gamma has a Free plan limited to 10 cards per prompt, making it worth comparing for readers focused on that allowance.

MiriCanvas offers a free plan with over 50,000 templates, more than 350,000 photos and graphics, and 1 GB of personal storage, with web, iOS and Android support.

Presentations.AI has a free Starter plan with 100 credits and 20 slides, while its Pro plan costs 20.00 USD per month, billed annually, with 5,000 credits.

SlidesAI has a free Basic plan capped at 12 presentations per year, 1,000 characters per presentation and 120 AI credits per year; consider it if those specific annual limits suit your needs.

Verdict

Choose Pitch if you want presentation design, brand and illustration tools alongside real-time collaboration across web, desktop and mobile, and its member and guest limits match your group. Its free plan gives a small team room to start, while Team and Business add defined capacity for growing collaboration. Look elsewhere if you need a multi-member Plus tier, more than 10GB total storage on the free plan, or a paid option without yearly billing.
