Overview

Teleskope Affinities is an ERG management platform for enterprise HR teams coordinating employee groups across regions. Its strongest fit is an organization that needs membership, governance, budgets and engagement reporting in one system; smaller teams or buyers seeking transparent, self-serve pricing should look elsewhere.

Key features

Membership and governance

Employees can discover ERGs, chapters and interest groups, then join with one click. Automated membership tracking, multi-stage approvals, role-based permissions and customizable governance rules give HR administrators tools to manage participation and decision-making consistently across groups. The trade-off is an enterprise-oriented setup, rather than a lightweight community tool.

Budgets and analytics

Admins can allocate funds globally, regionally or by chapter, track spending and report expenses across ERGs. Custom dashboards cover membership growth, event attendance and engagement; HRIS integration can connect participation with talent outcomes. That combination is useful for programs that need to account for both activity and spend, though the value of talent-outcome analysis depends on HRIS integration.

Communications, AI and integrations

Email, Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications support program communications. Ask Skope can surface program insights and draft reports, communications and event plans using ERG data, giving administrators a starting point for routine work rather than a substitute for oversight. HRIS integration supports analytics, and Teleskope names Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now, Okta and Microsoft Teams among its broader integrations.

Frontline access and security

Branded iOS and Android apps let employees without corporate email join ERGs and RSVP to events, an important inclusion for frontline workforces. Teleskope says the platform is SOC 2 certified, offers role-scoped access and enterprise single sign-on, and manages encryption through AWS Key Management Service.

Pricing

Affinities is paid, with custom pricing; prospective customers are directed to book a demo. There is no free plan. This sales-led model suits enterprises evaluating an organization-wide ERG program, but it gives teams no published price or free tier to use for a quick budget comparison.

The Enterprise ERG management plan covers the product’s core use case. Affinities also supports DEI metrics dashboards, inclusive recruiting, ERG programs, anonymous feedback, employee journeys and employee listening. The plan has no published seat or usage cap, trial length, or renewal terms to weigh, so buyers should confirm scope and commercial terms during the demo.

Platforms

Affinities is available on web, Android and iOS. The branded mobile apps extend ERG discovery and event RSVPs to employees who may not have corporate email.

Who it's for

Affinities is best suited to enterprise HR teams running ERGs across countries or regions, especially those that need centralized governance, chapter-level budgeting and reporting. Its frontline mobile access is a practical advantage for employers whose workforce does not rely on corporate email. Organizations seeking a lower-commitment purchase or a clearly priced plan should compare other options.

Pros and cons

Pros: Membership, approvals, permissions and governance rules bring administration across ERGs into one platform.
Pros: Budgets can be managed at global, regional and chapter levels, with spending and expense reporting.
Pros: Branded mobile apps support ERG participation by employees without corporate email.
Cons: Custom pricing and a demo-first sales process make it harder to assess cost before engaging with sales.
Cons: There is no free plan for a team to evaluate the product independently.
