Overview

JetEmail pairs email automation and audience segmentation with a subscriber-based plan structure. That makes it a plausible fit for marketers who send frequently and need to organize audiences, since paid plans do not impose a stated marketing-send limit. Subscriber count is the central capacity constraint, while image storage and AI requests also distinguish the entry paid tier.

JetEmail was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Australia. Its only stated platform is the web, so it suits browser-based campaign work rather than a workflow centered on desktop or mobile apps.

Key features

Email automation: Automation makes JetEmail a better fit for recurring or triggered campaigns than a service limited to one-off email sends.
Audience segmentation: Segments can help marketers direct campaigns to parts of their subscriber base instead of treating every contact as one audience.
Unlimited marketing sends on paid plans: Paid tiers remove a stated send-count ceiling. That is useful to teams whose campaign frequency is high, but subscriber limits still determine which plan fits.

Pricing

The free Marketing Suite Free tier costs $0.00 USD per free tier and does not expire. It includes 1,000 subscribers and 1 GB of image storage, making it a sensible starting point for a small list, but a tight ceiling for a growing audience.

Starter costs $29.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for 5,000 subscribers, unlimited marketing sends, 100 AI requests per month and 1 TB of image storage. It is the clearest step up for a list beyond the free cap, and its storage allowance is substantially larger; teams should factor the monthly AI-request limit into workflows that rely on those requests.

The Marketing Suite audience tiers are billed monthly and include unlimited marketing sends: 10,000 subscribers costs $49.00 USD per month, 25,000 costs $99.00 USD per month, 50,000 costs $199.00 USD per month, and 100,000 costs $350.00 USD per month. These tiers suit businesses that need more room for subscribers without a stated send cap. The 1,000,000-subscriber plan costs $2250.00 USD per month, and plans increase in 100,000-subscriber steps. Starter specifies storage and AI allowances; the larger Marketing Suite tiers specify subscriber limits and sends, so teams choosing them should not assume those Starter allowances carry over.

Platforms

JetEmail runs on the web. That keeps it accessible through a browser, but it is not the choice for teams seeking a stated native mobile or desktop platform.

Who it's for

JetEmail suits marketers who need automation and segmentation, send campaigns often, and can select a plan around subscriber count. The free tier works for an audience of up to 1,000 subscribers; Starter is the practical next step for a list of up to 5,000. Larger lists have monthly tiers through 1,000,000 subscribers. It is less compelling for teams that need more than 100 AI requests monthly on Starter or want a platform beyond the web.

Pros and cons

Pro: Paid plans include unlimited marketing sends, so a high campaign cadence does not come with a stated send quota.
Pro: The free tier does not expire, giving smaller lists a continuing no-cost option.
Pro: Subscriber-based tiers extend up to 1,000,000 subscribers, with further plans in 100,000-subscriber steps.
Con: The free tier stops at 1,000 subscribers and includes 1 GB of image storage, which may constrain a growing list.
Con: Starter limits AI requests to 100 per month, despite its unlimited marketing sends.
Con: The platform offering is web-only, which rules it out for workflows requiring a stated mobile or desktop app.

Mailprotector offers a free email security check and paid products with custom pricing. Cleanmail is another paid option, available for self-hosted or web use, with a free trial.

Forcepoint ZTNA is a paid option with pricing by request and macOS, Windows, web and self-hosted platforms. Mimecast Data Leak Prevention is a paid web option with custom pricing for its Advanced plan.

Proxmox Backup Server is a freemium Linux and web backup option, not an email marketing service. Retarus Transactional Email offers an API and web platform, with a 30-day trial capped at 5,000 emails and 200 emails per hour. Mailinblack Protect is a paid email-protection option for API, self-hosted and web deployments.

Verdict

Choose JetEmail if you need automation and segmentation, expect frequent marketing sends, and want to scale a subscriber list through defined monthly tiers. The lasting free tier is a useful foothold, and paid plans remove a send-count cap; look elsewhere if you need a native app, a larger free audience, or more than Starter’s 100 monthly AI requests.
