Overview

involve.me is a web-based funnel builder for creating interactive lead-capture experiences and following up with prospects. It is best suited to businesses selling considered, higher-value products or services, where qualifying a lead before a sales conversation matters; its strongest appeal is the combination of guided funnels, branching email and analytics, while the free account has a tight monthly cap.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Vienna, the company offers quizzes, assessments, calculators, product recommendation flows, landing pages and forms. Lead routing and scoring help businesses collect and qualify prospects across multiple capture channels. For broader comparisons, see Lead Generation Software and Lead Capture Software.

Key features

AI funnel creation

The AI Agent can build a funnel's structure, routing logic, copy, design, scoring rules, formulas and outcome pages from a prompt. That makes it useful for assembling a tailored visitor journey, not just drafting a form. The value will depend on how well the generated flow fits the business's actual qualification process.

Personalized email follow-up

Email sequences can branch on answers, scores, outcomes, variables and segments, as well as opens and clicks. This gives sales and marketing teams a way to tailor follow-up to both what a prospect says and how they engage. It is more relevant to businesses with distinct lead paths than to those sending the same short email sequence to everyone.

Analytics, testing and integrations

AI-powered analytics include funnel completion and drop-off metrics, while A/B testing can compare headlines, questions, designs and flows. Testing is most useful when teams have enough funnel traffic to make iteration worthwhile; A/B testing is included on Scale, not the lower listed plans. The platform lists more than 55 native integrations and supports custom webhooks or Zapier, with examples including HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp and Google Sheets.

Payments and security

Supported payment integrations let funnels collect payments or subscriptions, which can connect a recommendation or qualification experience to a purchase. The company says its platform is SOC 2 Type 2 audited and GDPR-compliant, runs on AWS servers in Frankfurt, and uses SSL encryption for data transfers. Enterprise includes SOC 2 Type 2 reports and security assessment.

Pricing

involve.me has a free plan, paid plans, and a 14-day trial. The free account allows 50 submissions or 500 visits per month; when either limit is reached, funnels lock until the next calendar month unless the account is upgraded. That is enough to explore a small funnel, but a business relying on uninterrupted lead capture should account for the cap.

Free: 0.00 USD per free, with 50 submissions or 500 visits per month and free features. A useful starting point for low-volume evaluation, but the monthly lockout makes it unsuitable as a dependable live funnel at higher traffic.
Start (yearly): 29.00 USD per year, billed Net price and charged annually; 3 live funnels, 1 user, 100 AI credits per month and 30+ integrations. Start (monthly): 49.00 USD per month, billed Net price; 3 live funnels, 1 user, 50 AI credits per month and 30+ integrations. These are the entry paid options for a solo operator, but the one-seat limit excludes collaboration and the listed features do not include custom domains, branding removal or A/B testing.
Grow (yearly): 69.00 USD per year, billed Net price and charged annually; 5 live funnels, 2 users, 200 AI credits per month, custom domain and branding removal. Grow (monthly): 99.00 USD per month, billed Net price; 5 live funnels, 2 users, 100 AI credits per month, custom domain and branding removal. This tier suits a small team that wants branded, custom-domain experiences, though A/B testing is not included among its listed features.
Scale (yearly): 139.00 USD per year, billed Net price and charged annually; 25 live funnels, 5 users, 600 AI credits per month, A/B testing and OTP verification. Scale (monthly): 199.00 USD per month, billed Net price; 25 live funnels, 5 users, 300 AI credits per month, A/B testing and OTP verification. It is the more suitable choice for teams that need testing and higher funnel capacity, at a substantial step up in price.
Enterprise: 499.00 USD per month or 499.00 USD per year; both are billed under annual contracts. It offers custom limits, custom users and AI credits, SSO, security assessment and SOC 2 Type 2 reports. Custom pricing is the fit for organizations needing tailored capacity and security provisions; the annual contract is an important commitment.

Start and Grow include Basic customer support; Scale and Enterprise include Priority support. The 14-day paid-plan trial requires choosing a plan and entering billing details, and that plan starts automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Anyone testing the service should track the cancellation deadline and the selected plan's billing commitment.

Platforms

involve.me is available on the web.

Who it's for

Choose involve.me if your business sells a high-value product or service and prospects benefit from being assessed, guided to a suitable option, then followed up according to their answers or behavior. The branching email, lead scoring and routing are useful when qualification is part of the sales process. It is less compelling for a simple contact form, a low-volume side project that could hit the free cap, or a team that needs more than one user but wants to stay on Start.

Pros and cons

Pros: Multiple interactive formats and AI-generated funnel logic support richer qualification than a basic form; branching email can connect responses and engagement to relevant follow-up; analytics and broad integration options can fit an existing lead workflow.
Cons: The free plan locks funnels after 50 submissions or 500 visits in a month; Start has only one user and three live funnels; A/B testing is reserved for Scale in the listed plans; the trial requires billing details and converts automatically if not canceled.

Alternatives

ConvertFlow is worth comparing if a free plan with five funnel campaigns is a better starting point; its free tier limits integrations to paid plans, unlike involve.me's listed 30+ integrations on Start.

ScoreApp may suit a focused scorecard use case: its free plan allows one live scorecard and up to 10 responses per month, while involve.me supports a broader range of funnel formats and a larger stated free submission cap.

ActiveProspect is another freemium option for readers comparing lead-generation tools.

Leadberry is another web-based freemium option with a free trial.

Leadfeeder is an alternative with a free tier offering unlimited users, seven days of visitor history and up to 100 identified companies per month.

LeadMine is a freemium option whose free plan includes 10 credits per month, lead finding, a Chrome extension, email verification and email lookup.

Mailmunch may be a better fit for a basic free setup of forms, popups, landing pages and a welcome email, rather than involve.me's qualification-focused funnels.

OptiMonk is another freemium alternative, with a free plan that includes 10,000 pageviews per month, 1,000 AI credits and one domain.

Verdict

involve.me is a strong fit for businesses that need to qualify prospects through interactive funnels and personalize follow-up before a considered purchase. Its mix of AI funnel building, branching email and analytics is the reason to choose it; look elsewhere if you need a generous free tier, a lower-cost multi-user plan, or a simple capture tool without funnel complexity.
