Overview

Hyring conducts structured candidate interviews and produces reports with an overall score, skill ratings, a fit level and a transcript. Recruiters set the scoring criteria, which gives teams a common framework for initial reviews; the quality of that framework still depends on the criteria they choose.

Interviews can be live or asynchronous. In live sessions, the AI selects follow-up questions in response to candidate answers, while asynchronous sessions let candidates complete interviews without arranging a shared meeting time. This is useful when interviewer hours are scarce, but automated scores and integrity alerts should support, not replace, human judgment.

Key features

Structured assessments and integrity checks

Hyring flags potential risks including tab switching, screen sharing, identity and face checks, audio anomalies, and AI-generated or plagiarized answers. These signals can help recruiters direct review, but they do not themselves establish whether a candidate has acted improperly.

Language support, integrations and security

The platform supports 11 interview languages, including English, Spanish, German, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Russian and Polish. Pro adds all 11 languages, while Free is limited to English, making the paid tier necessary for multilingual hiring. ATS integrations include Greenhouse, BambooHR, Ashby, Breezy, JazzHR, Freshteam, ADP, SAP and Tracker; Business includes all 24 ATS integrations and an API.

Hyring states that it is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant, handles candidate data in line with regulations including GDPR, and encrypts interviews with access controls. Those measures are relevant for teams handling sensitive hiring data, though they do not remove the need to assess a deployment against an employer’s own requirements.

Pricing

Hyring has a free plan, a free trial, and paid plans starting at $79/mo. Each AI video interview costs one credit, and extra credits are sold separately in packs, so the monthly allowance can become a constraint for teams with rising interview volume.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	0.00 USD per free	50 credits per month, one seat, one active job post, English only and one AI voice. A useful way for a solo recruiter to try the workflow, but the seat, language and job caps make it a narrow fit for ongoing team hiring.
Pro	79.00 USD per month	50 credits per month, five seats, 10 active job posts, an AI avatar, all 11 languages and core ATS integrations. This is the practical step up for a small team that needs multilingual interviews, but it does not raise the stated credit allowance above Free.
Business	239.00 USD per month	50 credits per month, 15 seats, unlimited job posts, all 24 ATS integrations and API, and priority support. It also includes 45-minute interviews and a listed longest retention period of 90 days. The added seats and integrations suit larger hiring operations, although the same 50-credit monthly allowance still calls for budgeting around extra packs.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Custom credit volume, SSO, data residency, a dedicated customer success manager, custom SLAs, white-glove onboarding, and priority support with SLA. This is the fit for organizations needing tailored volume or deployment and service commitments.

Platforms

Hyring is available on the web and Windows. Its support for live and asynchronous interviewing, plus interview recording, gives teams options for both scheduled assessment and candidate-completed sessions.

Who it's for

Hyring is aimed at teams with more candidates than interviewer hours, including high-volume, campus, staffing, technical, healthcare and frontline hiring. It is best suited to recruiters who want structured early assessments across many applicants. A small or occasional-hiring team may find the Free plan’s English-only use and one-seat limit restrictive, while a team with consistently high interview volume should weigh the separate cost of credits against the time saved.

Pros and cons

Pros: Live adaptive and asynchronous interviews provide two ways to screen candidates when interviewer calendars are constrained.
Pros: Configurable criteria produce scores, skill ratings, fit levels and transcripts that make initial reviews more consistent.
Pros: Pro opens all 11 interview languages, and Business expands to 24 ATS integrations and an API.
Cons: Every AI video interview uses one credit, and all listed plans include 50 credits per month except Enterprise, which uses a custom volume.
Cons: Free is limited to one seat, one active job post and English, so it is not a broadly capable team plan.
Cons: The strongest Business features cost 239.00 USD per month, a meaningful step up from Pro for teams that mainly need more volume.

Verdict

Choose Hyring if your team needs a repeatable first-pass interview process across a large applicant pool, especially when live interviewer time is scarce and multilingual assessment matters. Its adaptive interviews and scored, transcript-backed reports make that workflow its clearest strength. Look elsewhere if you need a low-cost plan with substantial monthly interview volume: the fixed 50-credit allowance and separately purchased extra credits can limit its appeal as usage scales.
