Overview

Pic-Time is a gallery and sales platform for professional photographers who want to deliver client work and offer prints through the same service. Its combination of branded galleries, sales automation and lab-connected fulfillment makes it a strong fit for photography businesses; its storage caps and annual billing trade-offs deserve a close look before choosing a tier.

Key features

Client galleries and print sales

Pic-Time pairs client galleries with a print store that supports online payments, automatic fulfillment and album building through more than 30 global labs. That can reduce the work involved in turning gallery delivery into print sales. Private galleries can be limited to invited people, or to people invited by the main client, using secure links and optional access codes.

Design and sales capabilities scale by plan: Free includes basic design tools and sales automations, while paid tiers add custom branding or premium galleries and print-store features. Professional and Advanced add slideshows and blogs, making them better suited to studios that want a fuller presentation alongside delivery.

Mobile, integrations and web tools

The mobile app lets photographers create galleries, upload photos and videos, use AI search and share branded galleries from a phone. All plans include the app, a portfolio page and 24/7 support. Account help is available through in-account LiveChat or email; Beginner specifically includes chat support.

Pic-Time integrates with Iris Works, Light Blue, Studio Ninja, Octoa, HoneyBook, VSCO Workspace, Lightroom, Zapier, Imagen and Wedding Workflows. StyleCloud can import gallery images into WordPress, and Pic-Time Blogs can be embedded on websites with slideshows, videos and GIFs. The uploader accepts photos up to 100MB and 12000x10000 pixels; video clips are capped at 3 minutes and 3GB, while featured videos can reach 90 minutes and 20GB.

Pic-Time says it stores data on Microsoft Azure servers in the EU, US and Australia, encrypting data at rest and in transit by default. Its privacy policy references GDPR, CCPA and Israeli privacy law and names Pic-Time Ltd. as data controller.

Pricing

Pic-Time has a free plan, paid plans starting at $7/mo on annual billing, and a 30-day trial. The entry price is accessible, but the cheaper tiers impose meaningful storage limits and the lower annual price requires a billing commitment.

Plan	Price	What it includes	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	10GB photo storage, reduced to 3GB after 6 months; 1GB video storage; client galleries, print store, basic design tools and sales automations	Photographers evaluating gallery and print sales workflows, provided the shrinking photo allowance is workable.
Beginner	7.00 USD per month billed annually, or $8 monthly	20GB photo storage, 5GB video storage, client galleries, print store, custom branding and chat support	Working photographers who need branded galleries and more room than Free, without the premium presentation tools.
Professional	21.00 USD per month billed annually, or $25 monthly	100GB photo storage, 30GB video storage, premium galleries and print store, slideshows, blogs, vendor network and smart image search	Studios with larger libraries that want advanced gallery presentation and search.
Advanced	42.00 USD per month billed annually, or $50 monthly	Unlimited storage, 60GB video storage, premium galleries and print store, slideshows, blogs, smart search for clients and multi-brand; each additional brand is $6/Mo	Businesses needing unlimited photo storage or multiple brands, while noting video storage remains capped.

Free is useful for a small start, but its photo storage drops from 10GB to 3GB after six months and video storage is just 1GB. Beginner doubles the photo allowance and adds branding, though studios needing premium galleries, blogs or more video space must move up. Professional is the most balanced tier for those needs; Advanced removes the photo cap but still limits video and charges extra for additional brands.

Platforms

Pic-Time supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and web. Its mobile app is particularly useful for creating and sharing galleries away from a computer; the cross-platform offering suits photographers who manage client delivery across devices.

Who it's for

Pic-Time is best for professional photographers and videographers who want client galleries connected to print fulfillment, branded presentation and business-oriented tools. It is less compelling for users whose priority is low-cost, high-volume video storage: even Advanced caps video at 60GB, and Free begins with only 1GB.

Pros and cons

Pros: Print sales combine online payment, automatic fulfillment and album building across more than 30 labs, giving photographers a direct route from gallery to order.
Pros: A mobile app, portfolio page and 24/7 support are included across plans, rather than reserved for higher tiers.
Pros: Private galleries offer invitation controls and optional access codes for client delivery.
Cons: Free photo storage falls to 3GB after six months, and its 1GB video allowance makes it a limited long-term home for larger projects.
Cons: The low $7/mo price is annual-billing pricing; monthly billing is $8 on Beginner, $25 on Professional and $50 on Advanced.
Cons: Unlimited storage on Advanced applies to storage generally as stated, but video has a separate 60GB cap, and extra brands cost $6/Mo each.

Alternatives

For a broader category comparison, browse Photo Proofing Software or Photo Sharing Software.

Picflow is worth considering if a free workflow-focused option is the priority: its free plan provides 2 GB, 50 workflow credits, one seat and unlimited galleries and collaborators.
picdrop is a web-only alternative whose free tier includes 1 GB, three galleries and basic collaboration features.
Lightfolio may suit users comparing storage allowances: its Lite plan has 30 GB photo storage, unlimited galleries and 3 GB video storage.
PhotoGlacier offers a free web plan with 5 GB, up to three published galleries, one video per gallery and a PhotoGlacier mark.
Pelli has a free web plan with three galleries and 1 GB storage; its Lite plan raises that to 15 galleries, 10 GB and one hour of video for 9.00 USD per month.
N-Vu is another freemium web option, with paid plans that include image and event allowances and commissions.
Handover.photo is a web-based alternative described as built and used by a working retouching studio in Kavala, Greece.
StudioFolio has a free web Starter plan with one storage connection, three active projects and unlimited clients and galleries.

Verdict

Choose Pic-Time if you are a photographer who wants client delivery, branded galleries and integrated print sales in one platform, especially when lab fulfillment and album building matter. Look elsewhere if your budget depends on a low monthly commitment or your video library exceeds the plan caps; the free tier's shrinking photo allowance also makes it a poor fit for a growing archive.
