Overview

Hirin is a recruiting platform that brings sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management into one workflow. It is best suited to agencies and in-house teams hiring across fields such as IT, BFSI, and BPO/KPO. Its appeal is breadth; the practical trade-off is that paid plans are organized around Zena Coins, so hiring volume and coin use matter when choosing a tier.

Key features

Hirin covers candidate sourcing and matching, resume screening, skill assessments, interview scheduling, voice and video interviews, and offer management through an AI-powered ATS. That range can reduce the need to piece together separate tools for recruiting stages, though teams should check whether the integrations they rely on are included in their chosen plan.

Zena screens and ranks applicants against role criteria and is described as available around the clock. A Chrome extension supports sourcing candidates from job portals. Hirin also lists Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, email, Google Meet, and Concept Ninjas integrations, and says it connects with popular ATS systems.

The mobile app is oriented toward recruiter review rather than replacing the full desktop workflow: it lets users check candidate details and AI summaries, interview assessments, workflow progress, resumes, and notes. That is useful for keeping up with candidate review away from a desk.

The pricing page describes Hirin as SOC 2 and GDPR ready, with encrypted data and permission-based access. Its privacy policy also acknowledges that no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Pricing

Hirin has a free plan, but the paid plans are the only tiers with published monthly prices and a stated 30-day free trial. The pricing page says listed prices exclude GST; Indian customers pay an additional 18% GST. Unused Zena Coins do not roll over between billing cycles, so a team that buys more capacity than it uses cannot carry that balance forward.

Lite — 10,000.00 INR per month: Includes 1,000 Zena Coins and all Hirin features. It is the lower-cost paid entry point for teams whose usage fits the coin allowance; its main constraint is that allowance and the no-rollover rule.
Premium — 25,000.00 INR per month: Includes 5,000 Zena Coins and all Hirin features. It offers five times Lite's coin allocation at two and a half times its price, making it the more suitable published tier for teams expecting higher usage.
Enterprise — custom pricing: Includes unlimited Zena Coins, no usage limits, and all Hirin features. It also includes native Keka HR, Darwinbox, BambooHR, and Workday integrations, plus custom integrations through REST API and webhooks. This is the tier to consider when usage limits or those enterprise connections are decisive, but its price is custom.

Although Hirin has a free plan, its coin allowance and other free-plan limits are not given here, so it is difficult to judge whether it can support sustained hiring. The 30-day trial applies to Lite and Premium.

Platforms

Hirin is available on Android, iOS, web, and as an API, with a browser extension for Chrome. The combination gives recruiters mobile access to candidate reviews and a browser route for sourcing from job portals.

Who it's for

Hirin fits recruitment agencies and internal recruiting teams that want sourcing, applicant screening, assessments, and interviews in one platform. Its Enterprise tier is more relevant to organizations needing unlimited usage or native links to Keka HR, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or Workday. Smaller teams should weigh the paid coin allowances and GST against their expected hiring volume before committing.

Pros and cons

Pro: One platform spans sourcing through offer management, which can suit teams seeking a broad recruiting workflow rather than a single-purpose tool.
Pro: Mobile candidate reviews include AI summaries, assessments, resumes, notes, and workflow progress, supporting review away from a desktop.
Pro: Enterprise includes named HR integrations and custom REST API and webhook integrations, useful for organizations with established systems.
Con: Lite and Premium cap usage with Zena Coins, and unused coins expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Con: GST is extra for Indian customers, raising the effective cost above the listed monthly prices.
Con: Enterprise requires custom pricing, so buyers cannot compare its cost from a published monthly figure.

Alternatives

Consider Hyring if a free tier with clearly stated limits is important: its free plan includes 50 credits per month, one seat, one active job post, English-only support, and one AI voice. Blosto is another option for teams focused on AI candidate search with custom criteria and email enrichment; its Starter plan is 125.00 USD per month, billed annually, for one seat and 250 shortlist credits per month.

Tellability may suit readers comparing a free pilot with a stated allowance of 50 credits per month, three active job postings, 50 candidate unlocks per month, and up to 15 matched candidates. Loxo is worth considering if a per-user plan with unlimited jobs, candidates, and companies is the priority; its Core plan is 149.00 USD per month, billed annually and paid up front.

Pin offers a free-forever tier with five contact lookup credits per week, one job position, one AI Agent, and email-only sequences, making it a more constrained no-cost alternative. Scope has a free web plan, while Interviewer.AI is a paid alternative with a free trial and Android, iOS, API, and web access. Paradox uses custom pricing tailored to hiring needs.

Browse AI Recruiting Software or AI Recruiting Assistants for more options in those categories.

Verdict

Hirin is a strong fit for recruiting teams that want a broad hiring workflow, mobile candidate review, and a choice of coin-based plans, with an Enterprise route for deeper HR integrations and unrestricted usage. The main reason to look elsewhere is cost certainty: Lite and Premium impose non-rollover coin limits, GST adds to Indian pricing, and Enterprise is custom-priced.
