Overview

Agents can run actions ranging from simple tasks to complex workflows, with conditional logic for routing work. Model access spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other providers through vendor credits. Relevance AI lists more than 2,000 app integrations; its homepage separately describes connections to 1,000+ apps, so teams should check coverage for the services their workflows depend on. The company is operated by OnSearch Pty Ltd.

Key features

Workflow building and integrations

Multi-step workflows and conditional logic make the platform a stronger fit for processes with several stages or decision points than for one-off prompts. The large integration catalog can help bring agents into an existing app stack, but breadth alone does not ensure a particular connector supports the actions a team needs.

Governance and collaboration

Shared projects, build users, end users and workforces support collaborative agent development. RBAC, SSO/SAML, approvals and version control offer useful governance for teams managing access and changes. Relevance AI lists AICPA SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance, alongside data residency, PII masking, audit logs and a policy of not training on customer data. Support ranges from community forums to ticket, priority, implementation and account-manager options. These controls and support tiers are most relevant to organizations with operational or compliance requirements, rather than solo builders.

Pricing

The free plan costs $0.00 USD per month and includes 100 credits per day, 200 actions per month, one workforce, one user, one project, 10MB of knowledge and 30-day task history in the annual-plan view. It is a reasonable way to explore agent building, but the 200-action monthly ceiling and single-user setup constrain sustained or collaborative use. Another free-plan history figure is 7 days, so confirm the applicable retention before relying on task history.

Pro is $19.00 USD per month, billed annually, displayed as $19/month. It includes 10,000 credits per month, 30,000 actions per year, one user, two build users, 100MB of knowledge and 90-day task history. This is the entry paid tier for a small operation that needs more capacity and longer history, but its one-user allowance limits broader access.

Team is $199.00 USD per month, billed annually, displayed as $234/month. It includes 100,000 credits per month, 84,000 actions per year, 10 users, five build users, 45 end users and five shared projects. The higher allowance and collaboration features suit teams deploying agents across users, though the difference between the annual price and displayed monthly figure merits checking before purchase.

Business is $599.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and includes 300,000 credits per month and unlimited users.

Enterprise has custom pricing and includes unlimited users and projects, enterprise app triggers, agent evaluations, work hour controls, multi-organization management and a dedicated account manager. It is the fit for organizations needing those administrative and management capabilities rather than a standard tier.

Pro and Team include a try-for-free call to action. Unused vendor credits roll over indefinitely while the subscription remains active. Extra actions cost $40 per 1,000 actions, and extra vendor credits cost $20 per 10,000 credits, so usage beyond plan allowances can materially change the bill.

Who it's for

Choose it if your team needs specialist agents embedded in app-connected, multi-step processes, with conditional routing, shared projects and access governance. It is less suitable for a solo user who only needs occasional prompts, or for a team that cannot predict action and model-credit consumption and needs straightforward, fixed usage costs.

Pros and cons

Pros: Multi-step workflows and conditional logic support processes more involved than single-task automation.
Pros: A broad integration catalog and access to several model providers give teams flexibility when connecting agents to existing tools.
Pros: Shared projects, role controls, SSO/SAML and audit features address collaboration and governance needs.
Cons: The free plan's 200 monthly actions, one user and one project leave little room for sustained team use.
Cons: Actions and vendor credits have separate allowances and paid overage rates, making costs harder to predict as usage rises.
Cons: Pro remains limited to one user despite two build users, and Team's displayed monthly price differs from its stated annual-billed price.

Alternatives

For a free personal workspace with up to three people, limited usage and 1,000+ integrations across Linux, macOS, web and Windows, consider Houston. Choose MindStudio instead if unlimited agents and monthly runs, 200+ models, and web, API, extension or self-hosted access matter more; its Individual plan is $20.00 USD per month plus usage.

Falcon Builder is another freemium option. Wordware offers a free plan and a $29.00 USD monthly Lite plan with iMessage and Slack connections and 3,000+ integrations. Dust is worth considering for its free 500-credit lifetime plan or its paid per-seat credit tiers. StackAI is an alternative with a free tier offering 500 runs per month, two projects and one seat. Workato Agent Studio has a free plan with 50,000 one-time credits and a $75.00 USD monthly Pro plan. For a general-purpose assistant across web, desktop and mobile, Microsoft Copilot has a free option with access subject to capacity and usage limits.

Verdict

Relevance AI is a strong choice for teams building app-connected agents that need branching workflows, collaboration and governance in one web platform. Its main reason to choose it is the combination of workflow logic, integrations and team controls; look elsewhere if you need predictable costs without separate action and model-credit allowances, or if the free plan's narrow collaboration limits are a problem.
