Overview

Linki is an open-source AI sales development tool for B2B teams coordinating prospecting across LinkedIn and email. It suits founders and sales teams that want campaign sequencing, reply triage and lead enrichment in one workflow. Its appeal is breadth and self-hosting; LinkedIn automation risk and a Sales Navigator dependency for list imports are meaningful trade-offs.

Key features

LinkedIn and email sequences

A campaign can combine LinkedIn actions with email steps, configure delays and track each lead’s state. That gives small teams a way to coordinate multi-step outreach without treating each channel as a separate campaign. Email connects through SMTP and IMAP, while lead enrichment uses an Apollo.io API key.

Personalized messages and reply handling

The managed edition generates messages from a global voice, campaign angle and step-level instructions. Message previews and model selection through OpenRouter add control before sending, though these AI-writing features are described for the managed edition rather than the open-source setup. Reply classification covers out-of-office messages, forwarded contacts and clear next steps, and can trigger follow-ups. That triage can help keep replies moving through a campaign instead of leaving every response for manual sorting.

Imports, agents and control

Importing a list from Sales Navigator requires a Sales Navigator subscription, so Linki is a less complete fit for users who do not already have one. Managed plans include a hosted MCP API that lets Claude and Cursor read contacts, lists, campaigns and replies, and trigger LinkedIn actions. The open-source edition runs with Docker or Node.js and can be self-hosted on a VPS or laptop. The repository says self-hosted data stays on the user's server and does not leave the machine.

Linki is source-available under the Linki Sustainable Use License, which permits personal and business use, self-hosting, modification and contributions. The maker warns that it cannot promise zero risk of LinkedIn account bans from automation and advises starting gently and following LinkedIn's rules. That risk belongs in any decision to automate LinkedIn activity.

Pricing

Linki's pricing model is free, and its open-source edition is available to run yourself. The managed plans are billed monthly in EUR and retain unlimited seats, with campaign capacity and hosted MCP access distinguishing the tiers:

Launch — 20.00 EUR per month: one concurrent campaign, AI message writer, automatic reply triage and unlimited seats. It suits a founder or small team running one active campaign; the single-campaign cap is restrictive for parallel outreach.
Momentum — 50.00 EUR per month: several concurrent campaigns, AI message writer, automatic reply triage, hosted MCP API and unlimited seats. This is the more practical tier for teams coordinating multiple campaigns or using agent access.
Summit — 90.00 EUR per month: the highest campaign limit, AI message writer, automatic reply triage, hosted MCP API and unlimited seats. It is positioned for agencies and larger teams that need the greatest campaign capacity.

The plans share unlimited seats, so the step up is about concurrent campaign capacity and, at Momentum, hosted MCP access—not adding seats. A Sales Navigator subscription remains necessary for importing its lists.

Platforms

Linki supports API, Linux, macOS, self-hosted, web and Windows. The Docker and Node.js options make self-hosting viable for users comfortable running their own deployment; teams seeking managed operation can choose a hosted plan.

Who it's for

Linki is best suited to B2B founders and sales teams that want LinkedIn outreach, cold email, enrichment and reply triage within one sequence. Its self-hosted edition fits users who value control over where their data resides and can manage a Docker or Node.js deployment. Agencies and larger teams are the stated audience for Summit. It is a weaker fit for anyone unwilling to accept LinkedIn automation risk or pay for Sales Navigator list access.

Pros and cons

Pro: Campaigns combine LinkedIn and email steps with delays and per-lead tracking, keeping multichannel outreach coordinated.
Pro: Reply classification and follow-up triggers can reduce manual sorting of common response types.
Pro: Self-hosting, modification and business use are permitted, and the repository says self-hosted data stays on the user's machine.
Con: Sales Navigator list imports require a separate Sales Navigator subscription.
Con: The maker does not guarantee automation is free of account-ban risk.
Con: Launch allows only one concurrent campaign; teams needing several must move to Momentum or Summit.

Alternatives

Compare LinkedIn Automation Software if you want to survey the category. Consider Outroh if a web-based freemium option is a better fit; its free plan is 0.00 USD per free, with no credit card and cancellation anytime.

LeadConnect is worth considering if you want a browser extension and web app with a free entry tier: FREE FOREVER is 0.00 USD per free, capped at two invites and six message credits per day, plus five templates. Linked Helper may suit users who prefer a 14-day full-Pro trial with no daily caps or credit card; campaigns pause when the trial ends.

Relinta is another web-based freemium option. Salesflow is an alternative for enterprises prepared for a substantial seat commitment: Enterprise starts at 24.99 USD per month per seat, with a 100-seat minimum and annual commitment billed monthly. CloseChimp offers paid plans, including Solo at 29.40 USD per year and Team at 56.40 USD per year.

OpenOutreach is another free option. Prospectio.ai is a paid alternative with a Professional plan at 99.00 USD per month when billed annually, priced per seat, with one seat per LinkedIn account.

Verdict

Choose Linki if you are a B2B founder, sales team or agency seeking coordinated LinkedIn-and-email campaigns, reply triage and the choice to self-host. The managed plans add AI writing and, from Momentum, hosted MCP access while keeping seats unlimited. Look elsewhere if Sales Navigator list access is a deal-breaker or LinkedIn account risk is unacceptable.
