Overview

RFMS Core ERP is a flooring-focused system for bringing financial, product, inventory, quoting, and sales operations together. It is best suited to flooring dealers, installers, and businesses serving builder or commercial markets that need those workflows in one platform. Its breadth is the draw; custom pricing and a substantial operational scope make it a poor fit for a small team seeking a simple, low-cost tool.

Key features

Financial control and sales reporting

Accounting consolidates financial data, with real-time reporting, tax tools, and audit trails. Sales reporting adds current performance data, automatic accruals, and revenue recognition. That combination can help businesses track financial and sales activity in one system, while the stated accounting security features are relevant for teams handling sensitive records.

Product, inventory, and quoting

Central product data can include store-specific products and pricing, with electronic purchase orders and spreadsheet import and export. Barcode-supported receiving, physical inventory, adjustments, and warehouse stock tracking give inventory teams practical tools for keeping records current. Quoting and order management draw on catalogs, prices, discounts, and shipping costs, and show projected gross profit—useful when a flooring seller needs to assess margin as well as prepare a customer quote.

Connections and mobile work

The REST API uses Basic Auth to connect business data with external CRM, order collection, or project management applications. B2B eCommerce exchanges purchase orders, price lists, invoices, and shipping notices with enabled vendors. Website integration sends leads into RFMS and supports sales attribution, with a choice of RFMS CRM or RLM.

RFMS Mobile supports quotes, order entry, product availability checks, and sales document delivery. Measure Mobile is also listed for iOS, Android, and Windows. These mobile functions extend selected sales and measurement tasks beyond a desk, rather than replacing the broader ERP workflows.

RFMS also lists takeoff measurements, flooring estimates, material orders, installation scheduling, job costing, invoicing and payments, glass estimating, cut list generation, fabrication workflow, and material tracking. That range makes it relevant to businesses coordinating work from estimate through fulfillment, including glass-related operations.

Pricing

RFMS Core ERP is paid, with custom pricing; request a demo. There is no published tier comparison or seat limit to weigh, so businesses should establish the cost and commercial terms directly before committing. The breadth of the product may suit an operation consolidating several workflows, but it is difficult to judge affordability without a quote.

Platforms

RFMS is listed for Android, iOS, web, and Windows, with an API for integrations. The platform list spans mobile and desktop environments, while Measure Mobile is specifically listed for iOS, Android, and Windows.

Who it's for

RFMS identifies residential flooring dealers and installers, flooring businesses serving builder and commercial markets, and flooring manufacturers as its audiences. It is most compelling for teams that need financial, inventory, quoting, and job-related processes coordinated in a flooring-specific system. A business that only needs one narrow task may find this scope more than it needs.

Support plan members can access support Monday to Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST. Training options include workshops, classroom sessions, webinars, onsite training, and business process reviews. That range can help organizations with a more involved rollout, though the support hours apply to plan members.

Pros and cons

Pros

Flooring workflow breadth: estimating, orders, scheduling, job costing, invoicing, and material tracking sit alongside core ERP functions.
Margin-aware quoting: quotes incorporate discounts and shipping costs and show projected gross profit.
Operational connections: the API, vendor document exchange, and website lead integration address several routes into and out of the system.
Multiple training formats: workshops, webinars, classroom and onsite training, and process reviews give businesses different ways to support adoption.

Cons

Custom pricing: without a public price, buyers cannot quickly compare cost or assess fit against a budget.
Mobile scope is selective: RFMS Mobile covers quotes, order entry, availability checks, and document delivery, rather than presenting the full ERP as a mobile workflow.
Support-hour qualification: the stated hours are for Customer Success Plan members, so buyers should confirm which arrangement applies to them.

Alternatives

For a business focused on flooring work, compare RFMS with the Flooring Contractor Software category. Glass-focused buyers can also browse Glass Contractor Software.

Choose GlasPacLX if a glass operation wants a defined mobile technician add-on: it costs 45.00 USD per month per additional technician, plus a $75 one-time setup fee per technician, and includes Google Maps directions. Glazier uses fees set in an Order Form, billed monthly unless otherwise provided.

Baka Glass is a glass-production alternative whose Baka Production plan has custom monthly pricing and includes cutting optimization, machine connections, live production dashboards, a work floor app, and scanning. GlassManager may suit teams wanting a published entry price: Lite is 65.00 USD per month per full user, with field users at $12 per month, a $495 setup fee, a two-user minimum, 100 GB storage, and a maximum of one location and two departments.

Smart Glazier Business offers its Business for installers plan starting from $230 per month, including Design; additional users and design modules are add-ons, and setup fees may apply. GlaziersEdge is another paid option with a free trial.

PartnerPak+ Studio is a paid option for Windows, iOS, and Android. Perfect ERP is a paid option for Windows and web.

Verdict

RFMS is a strong candidate for flooring businesses that want financial management tied to inventory, quoting, and job workflows, with integrations and mobile support for selected tasks. Its main reason to choose it is that flooring-specific operations sit alongside broader ERP functions; its main reason to look elsewhere is that custom pricing and the product’s breadth may not suit buyers who need a narrow tool or a clearly priced entry plan.
