Overview

Fitune is an all-in-one business platform for fitness and wellness studios, bringing scheduling, sales, payments and client access into one system. It best suits studios that want to manage varied services and recurring memberships alongside a branded client app. Its breadth is appealing, though the paid plans’ active-client caps and custom pricing make plan fit important.

Key features

Scheduling and sales

Fitune handles classes, appointments, events, courses, challenges, in-person activities and online classes. That range suits studios offering more than a weekly timetable; those with a simple booking need may find the broader business platform unnecessary. Sales tools include recurring memberships, packs and bundles, one-off payments, promo codes, point-of-sale sales and automated payments, giving studios several ways to sell and collect for services.

Client access and payments

The iOS and Android client app can use a studio’s colors and logo, which gives clients a studio-branded way to engage with it. Clients can also use the web app in a browser and save it to a phone’s home screen without installing an app-store download. Website payments are handled by Stripe; Fitune describes its processing as PCI Level 1 compliant and bank-grade encrypted.

Integrations and support

Fitune lists integrations with Wellhub, TotalPass, Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Unsplash. Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Zapier are marked as coming soon, so studios that depend on those connections should not treat them as current options. Support improves with plan level: Pro includes email and chat, Plus adds WhatsApp, and Ultra includes video calls and a dedicated account coach.

Pricing

Fitune has a free plan and three paid tiers whose prices are custom pricing. The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, is free forever and requires no credit card.

Plan	Limits and inclusions	Best fit
Pro	50 active clients; 2 admin access; unlimited contacts; email and chat support	Solo founders
Plus	120 active clients; 6 admin access; unlimited contacts; WhatsApp support; free client and membership migration	Small studios
Ultra	Unlimited active clients and admin access; unlimited contacts; video-call support and a dedicated account coach; free client and membership migration	Medium and large studios

Pro keeps access to two admins and 50 active clients, making it a constrained fit as a studio grows. Plus raises those ceilings and includes migration, which is useful when moving an existing client base. Ultra removes the active-client and admin caps and adds more direct support, but custom pricing means studios need a quote to weigh that headroom against their budget.

Platforms

Fitune is available on Android, iOS and the web. The branded client app supports iOS and Android, while browser access provides another route for clients who do not want an app-store download.

Who it's for

Fitune is strongest for fitness and wellness studios that combine multiple types of bookings with memberships, payment collection and a branded client experience. Its plan positioning gives solo founders a lower-capacity starting tier, small studios more admin seats and active-client room, and medium or large studios uncapped access on Ultra. It is a weaker fit for a business that only needs a basic website or schedule, or for buyers who need to compare exact paid costs before speaking with the provider.

Studios should also consider data handling: Fitune says information is hosted on servers in the European Union and processed by staff in the UK, with software developers in El Salvador receiving data for development work.

Pros and cons

Pros

Broad service coverage: Classes, appointments, events, courses, challenges and online activities can share one scheduling platform.
Multiple sales options: Recurring memberships, bundles, single payments, promo codes and point-of-sale sales support different studio business models.
Branded client access: The studio-branded mobile app is paired with a browser-based option for clients.
Migration on higher tiers: Plus and Ultra include client and membership migration, reducing the burden of bringing an existing base over.

Cons

Paid prices require a quote: Custom pricing prevents a straightforward cost comparison between Pro, Plus and Ultra.
Lower paid tiers cap active clients: Pro stops at 50 and Plus at 120, so growth can require a higher tier.
Some integrations are not yet current: Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Zapier are marked coming soon, limiting studios that need those links now.

Alternatives

For a different kind of studio software, consider Finegym if an unlimited-member free plan and unlimited staff accounts matter more than Fitune’s described range of sales and client-app features; its free plan charges a 1% fee on Stripe payments, while cash and offline payments are unaffected. Momoyoga may suit a studio that wants a free yoga-oriented starting point, though its free plan limits memberships or class passes to two and charges a 5% platform fee on online payments in addition to the processor fee.

Appy Pie Fitness Website Builder is worth considering when a basic class schedule and a free site for up to 100 members on an appypie.com subdomain are enough. Zarla is another option for a site-led approach: its free plan includes 10 pages per site, 75 AI credits and unlimited lead-capture forms, but only a preview rather than a published site.

Readers comparing website-focused products can browse Gym Website Builder Software and Fitness Website Builders. Other alternatives include Plot, Clay, Orlo and zenyogi.

Verdict

Fitune is a strong choice for studios that want scheduling, sales, payments and branded client access under one roof, particularly when they run varied programs or recurring memberships. The broad toolkit and included migration on Plus and Ultra are compelling reasons to consider it. Look elsewhere if exact paid pricing is essential before engaging with a provider, or if a lower tier’s active-client cap is too restrictive for your studio.
