Overview

FForce is a sales force automation platform for organizations coordinating field sales, especially teams that need field oversight alongside customer engagement and order workflows. Its breadth is a strength for companies seeking connected operations, but custom pricing and the range of modules make it a less obvious fit for teams needing only basic field reporting.

Key features

Field managers can plan schedules and tasks, manage accounts and contacts, and review attendance, travel distance, call logs, meetings, expenses and live activity. Map-based tracking and customer check-ins help supervisors see where visits stand and assess coverage; predefined access levels and verification are intended to restrict access to field-force information.

Custom reports can be created, edited and deleted, with online and offline reporting. FSIS adds sales charts for territory achievement, customer trends, product performance and primary-versus-secondary sales. That combination gives managers several ways to examine performance, though teams should assess whether its reporting fits their own review routines.

FForce also extends beyond field supervision. Expense requests and approvals sit alongside inventory tracking and stock updates tied to orders. The order system connects sales, finance and fulfillment for booking, invoicing and payment workflows, while distribution management covers demand planning, returns, schemes, revenue management and credit control.

Its AI and machine-learning features are described as supporting visit recommendations, engagement and sales predictions, automated order booking and route selection. The Digital Engagement Platform adds browser-based audio and video calls, screen sharing and controlled content sharing, integrated with SFA; email, SMS and WhatsApp distribution comes with open- and unsubscribe-rate analytics. For medical representatives, eDetailing supports interactive product presentations and real-time promotional information. These modules make FForce a broader proposition than a field-tracking app, but organizations should request a demo to judge which capabilities suit their workflows.

Pricing

FForce is paid, with custom pricing. Prospective buyers need to request a quote and weigh the cost of the modules they need; no free plan or trial terms are provided. Sarjen invites prospective customers to call for a demo.

Platforms

FForce supports Android, iOS and web. Its mobile access includes Android phones and tablets, iPhones and iPads. Stock updates can be accessed over the internet on PCs, laptops and tablets using Windows, Linux or Android.

Who it's for

FForce is suited to sales organizations that need to coordinate field activity with customer records, territory oversight, reporting, inventory and order workflows. Its HCP profiles, compliant engagement, territory management, account planning and field mobile app also make it relevant to pharmaceutical field teams. Smaller teams seeking a narrow, low-commitment reporting tool may find its breadth and quote-based buying process excessive.

Pros and cons

Pro: Field scheduling, live location, check-ins and visit reports give managers a joined-up view of coverage and activity.
Pro: Reporting, inventory, order workflows and distribution management reach beyond field tracking, which can suit teams coordinating several operational functions.
Pro: Integrated customer calls and email, SMS and WhatsApp distribution combine engagement with performance analytics.
Con: Custom pricing means buyers must request a quote rather than compare a published price before engaging.
Con: The range of modules may be more than organizations need if their priority is only field scheduling or reporting.

Alternatives

Browse Pharmaceutical CRM Software for a broader category comparison. Choose Veribase Pharma CRM/CLM if a free plan and Windows support are priorities. Exeevo Unified Life Sciences CRM offers all-in-one licensing without data metering or fees to access new features, for buyers who value those terms. Orange CRM may suit companies seeking pricing tailored to field-force size and selected modules.

Trail CRM is an option for teams seeking tour planning, customer segmentation and campaign capabilities. Proxima Cloud CRM publishes a Basic Plan at 55.00 USD per month, billed User / Month, and offers a free trial. SANeForce Pharma SFA includes offline reporting and auto sync in its Standard plan and offers a free trial. Veeva Network MDM is an iOS and web option for enterprise pharma, biotech, animal health and consumer health. Bizzfield Pharma SFA offers custom quotes for organizations with 10–200 MRs.

Verdict

FForce is a strong candidate for organizations that want field-force oversight connected to customer engagement, reporting and order operations, particularly pharmaceutical teams. Its broad toolkit is the main reason to choose it; the need to request custom pricing and assess multiple modules is the reason to look elsewhere if a simpler, price-transparent tool will do.
