Overview

Feelingstream is a conversation analytics and agent-guidance platform for contact centres and sales teams, particularly those in telecom, banking, insurance, utilities and logistics. It combines analysis of calls, chats and emails with live assistance and automatic quality scoring. It is a strong fit for organizations that need configurable deployment and privacy controls; custom pricing means it is less suited to buyers seeking a clearly priced, self-serve option.

Key features

Feelingstream analyzes conversations across calls, chats and emails, producing summaries and insights that can help teams track service quality, sales activity and compliance. Its multilingual speech recognition transcribes spontaneous calls and can distinguish speakers when they are recorded on separate channels. The company reports support for more than 40 languages and 98.6% transcription accuracy, though those figures alone do not establish how performance will vary by language or recording conditions.

Automatic quality scoring applies an organization’s scorecard to every call, chat and email. That breadth can make routine review more systematic than relying only on selected interactions. Scores, flags and insights can be traced back to transcripts, which is useful for teams that need to audit how a conclusion was reached.

Agent Assist provides live answers, next steps and reminders while leaving the agent in control of the conversation. A knowledge base agent and sentiment analysis add further support for live service and review workflows. The product also supports analysis in both live and post-conversation contexts, making it relevant to teams looking for coaching as well as retrospective monitoring.

Privacy and deployment options are a notable strength for organizations with tighter data requirements: personally identifiable information can be masked in text and audio, and deployment can be on-premises or in a closed cloud. Feelingstream also states that it runs ISO 27001-certified information-security processes and keeps EU data in the EU. Its integrations include Genesys, SAP, Wildix, Zendesk, REST API, Microsoft Azure and AWS, among other connectors. The company says its team helps with integration setup and onboarding, an important consideration for deployments that need to fit existing contact-centre systems.

Pricing

Feelingstream uses a paid model with custom pricing. Organizations should request a quote and weigh the price against their conversation volumes, deployment needs and integration work. There is no published lower-cost tier or free plan to compare, so buyers looking for a known entry price may prefer an alternative with a stated free or paid tier.

Platforms

Feelingstream is available through API, web, macOS, Windows and self-hosted options. Agent Assist can be accessed in a browser or through a managed desktop app for macOS and Windows. On-premises and closed-cloud deployment give organizations more control over where the platform runs, while masking, named accounts, multi-factor authentication and role-appropriate access address privacy and access-management needs.

Who it's for

The product is aimed at contact-centre and CX leaders, quality and compliance teams, sales leaders, operations and BI teams, and agents. Its combination of automated scoring, transcript-backed audit trails and live guidance should appeal most to organizations that want to connect quality review with day-to-day agent support. Teams that need a lightweight tool with transparent pricing or a narrowly defined transcription app may find its broader platform and custom purchasing process excessive.

Pros and cons

Pros: Scores calls, chats and emails against an organization’s own scorecard, supporting consistent review across channels.
Pros: Live answers and reminders support agents without taking control of the conversation.
Pros: On-premises and closed-cloud options, PII masking in text and audio, and transcript-backed audits suit privacy-conscious and compliance-focused teams.
Cons: Custom pricing makes it difficult to judge affordability before a sales discussion.
Cons: The breadth of analytics, deployment choices and integrations may be more than teams seeking only transcription or a simple agent-assist tool need.

Alternatives

Consider Google Agent Assist if a web or API-based agent-assist product is a closer fit: its Standard Chat plan is 0.00 USD per once, billed per message processed, for customers onboarded on or after March 6, 2026, and includes summarization, Knowledge Assist and sentiment analysis. Agent Assist (auto-AGENTS™) is another paid web option, with price not listed.

Puzzel Advanced Agent Assist may suit organizations already using Puzzel Contact Centre; it is an add-on listed in Impress and Power packages, with price not listed. Zoom AI Expert Assist is worth considering when an inbound contact-centre offering covering voice, video, chat and SMS channels is the priority; the listed Essentials and Premium plans have price not listed.

Amazon Q stands out for buyers who want a free tier: Amazon Q Developer Free Tier includes 50 agentic requests and 1,000 lines of code for Java upgrades per month, while the Pro Tier is 19.00 USD per month. Uniphore U-Assist is a paid real-time guidance option with pricing not listed and a demo booking path. Cresta is another paid option without a free plan. Observe.AI Real-Time Agent Assist uses custom enterprise pricing based on deployment scope, including deployed AI agents, conversation volume and covered channels.

Verdict

Feelingstream is best for contact centres and sales organizations that want one platform for conversation analysis, scorecard-based quality review and live agent guidance, especially when deployment control and privacy safeguards matter. Its strongest case is the combination of channel-wide scoring and assistance with options such as on-premises deployment and transcript-backed audits. Look elsewhere if you need upfront pricing, a free starting tier or a more narrowly focused tool.
