Overview

Built by Gamut Infosystems Ltd since 1996, Farvision serves developers, contractors, property managers, community and facility managers, and construction manufacturers. Six industry verticals use a shared database, ledger and audit trail, which can reduce the separation between operational activity and financial records. The trade-off is a broad product surface: buyers should identify the modules and user groups they actually need rather than assume every organization needs the full suite.

Key features

Operational and financial coverage

Common modules include financials, taxation, procure-to-pay, BOQ-to-pay, sales force automation, customer care and HRMS/payroll. The product also supports full accounting, expense tracking, work orders and portfolio reporting. This combination is relevant when construction, property operations and finance need to work within one system; teams seeking a narrowly focused property tool may find the breadth unnecessary.

Leasing and integrations

The leasing layer covers commercial, mall, mixed-use and rental residential portfolios, with nine sub-modules and 195 menu items. That scope may suit complex leasing operations, but it also makes a focused demonstration useful for confirming which parts matter to a particular portfolio. The platform is described as cloud-native and API-based, with integrations for banking, electronic signing, KYC, weighbridges, biometrics, telephony, AutoCAD and Power BI.

Mobile, compliance and security

Nine mobile apps address customers, channel partners, employees, executives, technicians, stores, tenants, residents and visitors, on iOS and Android. India support includes GST, TDS, RERA and payroll statutes; UAE/GCC support includes VAT, corporate tax, DLD, Ejari and WPS requirements. Gamut Infosystems says it is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and states that its India offering complies with the DPDP Act 2023 while its UAE offering complies with UAE PDPL and is GDPR-aligned. Its privacy policy describes SSL encryption for sensitive information.

Pricing

Farvision ERP: custom pricing, billed according to modules and user count, with no per-transaction charge. There is no free plan. Prospective buyers can request a 30-minute tailored demo; the company says a specialist follows up within 24 hours and provides an indicative quote after the demo, with a firm quote within 48 hours. This model may suit organizations whose requirements span several modules, but buyers should establish the total module and seat scope before comparing costs.

Platforms

Farvision supports web, Android, iOS and API access. Its mobile apps target distinct roles across customer, employee, tenant, resident and visitor workflows, rather than presenting mobile access as a single general-purpose app.

Who it's for

Farvision is a stronger fit for property and construction organizations that need full accounting alongside leasing, work orders, expense tracking and portfolio reporting, particularly across multiple operational roles. Its India and UAE/GCC compliance coverage is relevant to businesses operating in those markets. It is less compelling for a small operator seeking a simple, transparently priced tool or a free entry plan.

Pros and cons

Pro: Shared database, ledger and audit trail across six verticals connect operational and financial work.
Pro: Leasing, full accounting, work orders, expense tracking and portfolio reporting cover a broad property-management workload.
Pro: Nine role-specific mobile apps and integrations across finance, identity, design and analytics support varied workflows.
Con: Custom module- and user-count pricing, with no free plan, makes early cost comparison difficult.
Con: The leasing layer's nine sub-modules and 195 menu items may be more system than a focused or small operation needs.

Alternatives

For a broader shortlist, see Commercial Property Management Software.

Ownexa is worth considering if a free web plan, freemium pricing and a free trial matter more than Farvision's construction-focused breadth.
Re-Leased may suit teams looking for a paid Android and iOS option with plans distinguishing unlimited users and companies from invoice and custom-report limits.
Valix CRE Engine offers web access and a residential plan priced at $2 per unit / month with a $250 / mo minimum, for operators who prefer a published per-unit price.
UnitConnect may fit web-based teams that value a free trial and published monthly plans with tenant caps and unlimited users.
Yardi Voyager is another paid web option with a custom demo.
MRI Property Management X is a paid option with API, web and Windows platforms and demo-based purchasing.
Reapit PM may suit buyers seeking Android, iOS and web access with residential trust accounting and owner and tenant portals in its Accelerate plan.
Planon is a paid alternative with Android, API, iOS and web access and a free trial.

Verdict

Choose Farvision ERP if a construction or property organization needs accounting, leasing and operational workflows in a shared platform, with role-specific mobile access and regional compliance support. Its main advantage is that breadth; its main reason to look elsewhere is custom module- and user-based pricing, especially if your operation needs only a small slice of the suite.
