Overview

Everfit is a coaching platform for fitness professionals who want to manage programming, client progress, communication and payments alongside a companion client app. It suits solo coaches and growing teams that need more than workout delivery; its breadth may be excessive for trainers who only need basic tracking.

Clients can track workouts and nutrition, view progress charts and receive reminders, while coaches can plan workouts, message clients and review their stats. Client and coach apps are available on iOS and Android, with web access also supported.

Key features

Workout programming, goals and progress tracking, forms and assessments, group coaching, and session and class scheduling cover much of the recurring work of running a coaching practice. Clients can book appointments, and integrated payments support one-time or recurring charges, discount codes and free trials. Clients pay only what their coach charges, rather than a separate Everfit fee.

Custom branding on Pro and Studio lets coaches apply their logo, workout backgrounds and color schemes in the client app. White-label apps can carry a fitness business's brand on iOS and Android. Pro adds team-member management and a team-performance portal; Enterprise adds API integrations for membership and payment systems, automated client management, 24/7 support and a strategic customer success manager. These higher-tier tools matter most to businesses with teams or larger operations, not a solo coach with a small roster.

Support is available by chat and email, through the Help Center, and via the Power Hour blog.

Pricing

Everfit is freemium, with monthly and annual billing; annual billing saves 16%. The Starter plan is free forever and supports up to 5 clients, a useful way for a new coach to manage a small roster without a subscription. Its client cap makes it a poor fit once the practice grows.

Pro starts at 16.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and pricing varies by client count. It starts at 5 clients, so the entry price does not buy capacity beyond the free plan's five-client ceiling. Studio starts at 88.00 USD per month, billed monthly, varies by client count and starts at 50 clients. Its larger starting roster and team-management tools better suit established practices.

Optional paid products extend the core plans: Payments & Packages is 9.00 USD per month for monetization and program delivery; On-Demand Collections is 25.00 USD per month and is included in Studio; Meal Plans & Recipe Books is 39.00 USD per month for personalized nutrition guidance and tracking. Autoflow is 29.00 USD per month, billed monthly based on actual usage, for the first 30 Autoflow clients, and is available on Pro and Studio. These add-ons can tailor the platform, but several subscriptions can materially increase the cost beyond the core plan.

Enterprise has custom pricing and is aimed at brands, corporate wellness programs and creators managing 500+ clients. A 30-day free trial requires only an email signup and no credit card. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Platforms

Everfit offers coach and client apps for iOS and Android, plus web access. Smart Response is accessible on web and mobile.

Who it's for

Everfit is a strong fit for personal trainers and fitness businesses that want workout and nutrition tracking, scheduling, communications and payment tools in one system. The free five-client plan is a practical starting point; Pro and Studio add room and management tools as a practice expands. Coaches who only need to serve a handful of clients may not need the paid add-ons or broader business features.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free Starter plan supports up to 5 clients, and the 30-day trial has no credit-card requirement, lowering the barrier to trying the service.
Pros: Programming, progress, nutrition, scheduling, payments and client communications sit within one coaching platform.
Pros: Pro and Studio support custom app branding, while Studio includes On-Demand Collections.
Cons: Starter and Pro both start at 5 clients, so the lowest paid tier does not raise the stated entry-level client capacity.
Cons: Pricing varies by client count on Pro and Studio, and paid add-ons can raise costs beyond the base subscription.

Alternatives

Consider My PT Hub if you want a freemium coach platform with a free trial; its Starter plan is 22.50 USD per month billed annually and paid monthly, with 3 clients, 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans. ABC Trainerize may suit a coach who wants a free entry point for just one client or a low-cost two-client Grow plan at 9.00 USD per month. FitSW is another freemium option, with a Premium for Trainers plan at 16.66 USD per month and selectable limits from 5 to 1000 clients.

Coach.me is worth considering for habit coaching, including daily coaching at 25.00 USD per month. Traneos offers a free plan for up to 5 clients and a 14-day Pro trial. Helms is another free-plan option. TrainHeroic is a paid alternative with a free trial and athlete-count plans. Faronto offers a free plan with web access.

Verdict

Everfit is best for fitness coaches who want a single platform for client programming, tracking, communication and business operations, with a free tier for a small roster and options for teams as they grow. Its most compelling advantage is the range of coaching and client-management tools; look elsewhere if you need only a simple tracker or want predictable costs without client-count pricing and add-ons.
