Overview

EasyHire.me is a video interviewing service for employers and staffing organizations that want to combine recorded interviews with candidate review. It is best suited to teams that use multiple interview formats and share assessments; its lower-cost plans trade modest interview quotas and short retention for a predictable per-job monthly price.

The platform also uses AI to assess candidate responses and generate hiring materials. Its privacy notice says these outputs support employer decisions rather than replace them, and that candidate data is not used to train its general AI models without employer authorization.

Key features

Interview options include on-demand, live, and panel sessions, plus technical interviews where candidates can write and execute code. Recording, templates, candidate comparison, and interview sharing support a more structured review process across a team. This breadth is useful when a hiring workflow includes both asynchronous screening and live conversations, though the plan quotas mean teams should match volume to the right tier.

AI tools can grade responses, draft job descriptions and competency-focused questions, and analyze facial expressions and emotions. Automated transcription, SMS notifications, and practice interviews are also options. These tools may help with preparation and review, but automated scoring and emotion analysis are best treated as additional inputs: EasyHire.me says employers make the final hiring decisions.

Employers can add company photos and videos to job posts. White-label options include a customized interface and emails, a company domain, custom development, and a personalized job board, which may suit organizations that want the candidate-facing process to reflect their own brand.

Greenhouse integration lets organizations set up and conduct interviews in Greenhouse and access real-time interview notes and feedback. An API is also available, while the service lists 24/7 online support and a personal support manager for enterprise customers.

Pricing

EasyHire.me uses per-job monthly billing on its entry, standard, and free plans. Buyers should weigh interview volume, team seats, and storage together: the cheapest paid option retains interviews for only one month, while the free plan retains them for two weeks.

Free: custom pricing; one job post monthly, five interviews monthly, two team members, and two weeks of interview storage. It is a limited way to try the workflow, but not a fit for teams needing more jobs, seats, or retention.
Entry: 49.00 USD per month, billed per job monthly; 10 interviews monthly, three team members, and one month of interview storage. This suits a small team screening a limited number of candidates, but the quota and retention can constrain ongoing or higher-volume hiring.
Standard: 99.00 USD per month, billed per job monthly; 100 interviews per job monthly, 20 team members, three months of interview storage, account and email customization, and advanced application collection features. It is the more practical tier for teams sharing review across a larger group or needing more monthly capacity.
Enterprise: custom pricing, with annual subscription cost tailored to needs and service volume; unlimited interviews and jobs, unlimited team members, six months of storage, a personal team support manager, and team account branding. It is aimed at larger operations that need volume without per-plan interview and seat caps.

EasyHire.me also has a free plan, but it does not remove the job, interview, seat, or retention limits. The paid plans' per-job billing means costs can scale with the number of roles; enterprise pricing is custom and annual.

Platforms

EasyHire.me supports web and API access. Its combination of live and asynchronous interviews, recording, and templates serves browser-based hiring workflows, while API access offers a route for connecting it with other systems.

Who it's for

EasyHire.me is a strong fit for employers and staffing teams that want structured video interviews, shared candidate review, and AI-assisted preparation in one service. Small teams can start with a capped free plan or a limited paid tier; organizations with many simultaneous roles or reviewers are better aligned with Standard or custom-priced Enterprise. It is less suitable for buyers who need long retention or high interview volume at the lowest tier.

Pros and cons

Pro: On-demand, live, panel, and code-based technical interviews cover several hiring formats in one platform.
Pro: Candidate comparison, recorded interview sharing, and Greenhouse notes and feedback can support collaborative review.
Pro: Standard raises capacity to 100 interviews per job monthly and 20 team members, with three months of storage.
Con: The free plan is limited to one job post and five interviews monthly, with only two weeks of storage.
Con: Entry allows three team members and just one month of storage, which may be restrictive for longer hiring cycles.
Con: AI grading and emotion analysis require human judgment; the service positions AI as decision support, not a final decision-maker.

Verdict

EasyHire.me is worth considering for employers and staffing teams that need several video interview formats, shared candidate review, and AI-assisted hiring tools in a single workflow. The main reason to choose it is the range of interview types paired with recorded, collaborative review; look elsewhere if the lower tiers' interview caps and short storage windows do not fit your hiring pace.
