Overview

IntelAgree is an AI-native contract lifecycle management platform for enterprise teams handling high volumes of agreements. It is best suited to legal, procurement, sales, finance, and operations groups that need controlled workflows from intake through obligations and reporting. Its breadth is compelling for complex contract operations, but custom pricing and an enterprise implementation make it a poor fit for teams seeking a lightweight, self-service tool.

Key features

IntelAgree brings contract requests, approvals, signing, and commitment tracking into one workflow. Intake forms, clause libraries, configurable approval routing, escalation logic, and playbook enforcement give teams ways to standardize work and keep decisions auditable. That structure is valuable when many departments share contracting responsibilities; teams with simple, low-volume needs may find the enterprise-oriented approach more than they require.

Saige Assist is included on every plan. Its contract-focused AI supports clause extraction, risk flagging, playbook deviation detection, semantic search, obligation alerts, and AI-assisted redlining. These functions can help teams surface issues and locate relevant language across contracts, while human review remains central to negotiation and approvals.

The centralized repository combines metadata, version history, filters, custom filters, and Party Explorer relationships. Obligation tracking, expiration monitoring, reporting, and analytics extend the system beyond document storage. IntelAgree says automated alerts catch renewals 90 to 180 days out, a useful lead time for teams managing substantial portfolios.

Native integrations include Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Bullhorn, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, and Google Drive. Workato connects the platform to more than 1,200 apps; an open REST API and webhooks support custom integrations. That range suits organizations connecting contracting to existing business systems, although designing those connections may require implementation work.

IntelAgree states that it is audited annually for SOC 2 Type II and is GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Security controls include TLS 1.2, 256-bit AES file encryption, SQL Transparent Data Encryption, SSO through SAML 2.0 or OIDC, SCIM provisioning, role-based access, and default MFA. Audit logs cover user actions and AI recommendations, with SIEM export and point-in-time backups retained for up to 10 years. The support services agreement targets 99.5% online availability.

Pricing

IntelAgree is paid software with custom pricing. The IntelAgree plan is Enterprise CLM, and Saige Assist is included on every plan; prospects need to request a demo for pricing. The company describes a guided, phased implementation with data migration, workflow setup, a dedicated enterprise team, and a named account team. Most contact requests receive a response within one business day. With no self-service price or free plan stated, smaller teams cannot readily assess cost before engaging sales.

Platforms

IntelAgree is cloud-deployed and supports web access, an API, and an extension. It runs on Microsoft Azure, is listed on Microsoft Marketplace, and works inside Word, Outlook, and Teams. Technical support is available through support.intelagree.com from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Who it's for

IntelAgree is aimed at enterprise legal, procurement, sales, finance, and operations teams managing high-volume contracting across sectors such as healthcare, financial services, staffing, manufacturing, retail, and technology. Its workflow controls, integrations, AI assistance, and long-term backup retention make it a stronger match for organizations with cross-functional processes and governance requirements than for small teams needing only basic storage or signatures.

Pros and cons

Pros: Saige Assist is included on every plan, with support for contract search, risk flagging, redlining, and obligation alerts.
Pros: A broad set of native integrations plus Workato, REST API, and webhooks can connect contracting to enterprise systems.
Pros: Configurable routing, audit trails, access controls, and backups retained for up to 10 years support controlled operations.
Cons: Custom pricing and a sales-led demo process make costs harder to evaluate upfront.
Cons: The guided implementation and enterprise focus are unlikely to suit buyers seeking a quick, lightweight contracting tool.

Verdict

Choose IntelAgree if your enterprise needs one governed system for high-volume contract workflows, AI-assisted review, repository search, and obligation oversight. Saige Assist across every plan and the platform’s integration and control options are its strongest reasons to shortlist it. Look elsewhere if you need transparent pricing, a self-service starting point, or a simpler tool without an enterprise implementation.
