Overview

Spoki connects conversations across WhatsApp, voice, SMS, and email, with tools for lead qualification, routing, marketing journeys, and human handoff. A shared conversation thread can help teams coordinate customer-facing work across departments; a business looking only for a simple WhatsApp campaign tool may find that breadth unnecessary.

The company says more than 4,500 businesses in over 120 countries use the platform. Spoki was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in San Vito dei Normanni, Italy. It says it is an Official Meta Tech Partner with certified WhatsApp Business API access. Its privacy policy says personal data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest using AES-256 or equivalent, and hosted within the European Economic Area.

Key features

Spoki says its AI assesses intent, urgency, and sentiment and can respond, escalate, or wait. AI agents can automate support, marketing, sales, and lead qualification. That makes the platform more than a campaign sender, especially for teams balancing automated handling with human handoff, but the Free plan has no AI.

Unlimited operators and automations are included in the listed plans, giving teams room to add staff and workflows without those stated caps. Usage is still a constraint: once conversations exceed three times the plan's included amount, Spoki requires an upgrade and bills excess usage with a surcharge.

Integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier, alongside other native and derived integrations. Users can request an API key through the platform's Integrations menu, which gives teams an access point for custom connections.

Pricing

Spoki is freemium, with a free trial offered without a credit card. WhatsApp fees are billed separately by Meta on the paid plans, so subscription prices are not the full messaging cost.

Free: Price not listed. Includes live chat, unlimited operators, unlimited automations, and ticketing. It excludes AI, mass campaigns, abandoned carts, and payment requests, so it is best for basic chat and ticketing rather than automated engagement.
Service: 39.00 EUR per month. Includes AI customer support, unlimited operators and automations, and ticketing. A fit for support teams that want AI assistance without the sales and campaign capabilities named in higher plans.
Marketing: 79.00 EUR per month. Includes unlimited operators and automations. WhatsApp fees are separate; the listed plan features do not name AI support or sales tools, so teams choosing it should weigh its marketing focus against Service or Sales.
Sales: 119.00 EUR per month. Includes an AI sales agent, mass campaigns, abandoned carts, and payment requests. It is the broadest fit for sales-led workflows, though Meta messaging charges and the usage threshold still affect total cost.

Platforms

Spoki is available on the web and supports Android, iOS, and API platforms. It is a browser-based web app that works from desktop or mobile; the company says there is no Spoki mobile app. That distinction matters to teams expecting a dedicated phone app rather than mobile-browser access.

Who it's for

Spoki is best suited to businesses that want to coordinate customer conversations across marketing, sales, and support, and that can make use of AI agents, routing, and integrations. Teams with basic live-chat needs can start with Free, while organizations requiring AI support or sales workflows need a paid plan. It is less suitable for buyers whose priority is a standalone mobile app or predictable messaging costs without a volume-based surcharge.

Pros and cons

Pro: Unlimited operators and automations across the listed plans support growing teams and recurring workflows without those specific caps.
Pro: WhatsApp, voice, SMS, and email, plus routing and human handoff, give teams several ways to manage conversations in one platform.
Pro: Certified WhatsApp Business API access and integrations with major commerce, CRM, and automation tools strengthen its fit for connected business workflows.
Con: WhatsApp fees are separate from paid subscriptions, and usage above three times the included conversations requires an upgrade and incurs a surcharge.
Con: Free excludes AI and named sales and campaign features, while mobile access is through a browser rather than a dedicated Spoki app.

Verdict

Choose Spoki if your business needs shared customer conversations across channels, flexible automation, and a mix of AI handling and human handoff. Its strongest reason to choose it is the combination of unlimited operators and automations with workflows for support, marketing, and sales. Look elsewhere if separate WhatsApp charges and the usage surcharge make costs unsuitable, or if you need a dedicated mobile app.
