Overview

Decisions is a business process automation platform for coordinating workflows, business rules, people, systems, and AI. It suits organizations that need to govern complex processes across teams and applications, while smaller teams can use it to improve day-to-day operations. Its visual design, integrations, and deployment flexibility make it a broad option, though custom pricing means buyers should expect a sales-led decision.

Key features

Visual workflow design lets teams build processes and apply rules to how work and decisions proceed. That combination is useful when a process needs more than a simple task sequence: teams can bring people, systems, and decision logic together in one environment.

AI agents can be placed inside governed workflows, with rules, approvals, human oversight, and process visibility around their work. This is a stronger fit for organizations that want AI to operate within controlled business processes than for buyers seeking a standalone AI tool.

Process intelligence provides visibility into performance so teams can monitor processes, spot inefficiencies, and optimize workflows and decisions. Prebuilt integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, SAP SQL Anywhere, and OpenAI. For other systems, Decisions supports REST and SOAP APIs, database connectivity, OpenAPI and Swagger import, and custom connectors through its SDK. That range gives integration teams several routes to connect existing systems, though custom connectors can require development work.

Decisions supports cloud, hybrid, and on-premise deployment. The company states that it is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified, HITRUST certified, and PCI DSS compliant, and aligns with GDPR and CCPA. It also says it encrypts sensitive data at rest and in transit, and uses vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, a bug bounty program, and role-based access controls. These controls and deployment choices are relevant to organizations with security and infrastructure requirements to meet.

Pricing

Decisions offers a free plan, but the paid plans use custom pricing; the listed paid-from figure is 8 /user/mo. Confirm the applicable price and terms directly before budgeting, particularly because plan limits and reporting are customized.

Foundation: Custom pricing. Includes a low-code design studio and standard agentic AI and agent builder capabilities. It is the entry point for teams starting with workflow design and baseline AI building.
Growth: Custom pricing. Adds broader automation and governance, with advanced agentic AI and agent builder capabilities. It fits organizations whose needs extend beyond the Foundation capabilities.
Enterprise: Custom pricing. Includes high availability and multiple regions alongside enterprise agentic AI and agent builder capabilities. It is aimed at deployments where availability and regional coverage matter.

Custom plans can include custom limits, advanced security, and dedicated support. The trade-off is that buyers cannot compare plan costs or capacity from a published price alone; reporting is also custom. Professional Services can help with architecture, implementation, delivery, testing, and go-live, either collaboratively or through full-service delivery.

Platforms

Decisions supports Android, iOS, web, Windows, API access, and self-hosted deployment. Combined with its cloud, hybrid, and on-premise options, this suits organizations that need a choice of operating environment rather than a single deployment model.

Who it's for

Decisions is best suited to teams that need workflow automation and rule-based governance across multiple systems, particularly when AI must operate with approvals and human oversight. Small teams can use it to improve daily operations, while enterprises can apply it to complex processes. Buyers with straightforward needs may find its broad platform and custom commercial terms more than they need.

Pros and cons

Pros: Visual workflow design combines process logic and rules, helping teams coordinate decisions as well as tasks.
Pros: AI agents can run within governed workflows with approvals and human oversight, rather than outside business controls.
Pros: Prebuilt integrations, API options, and cloud, hybrid, and on-premise deployment support a range of existing systems and infrastructure needs.
Cons: Paid plans use custom pricing, so comparing cost and capacity requires a direct inquiry.
Cons: Plan limits and reporting are customized, making it harder to assess the fit from a standard quota or reporting tier.

Verdict

Choose Decisions if your organization needs visual workflow design, business rules, integrations, and governed AI orchestration in a platform that can be deployed across cloud, hybrid, or on-premise environments. Its breadth is the main reason to choose it; custom pricing and customized limits are the main reasons to look elsewhere if you need predictable costs or clearly defined plan allowances.
