Support	Telephone, ticket and email support are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm AEST/AEDT, with a 24/7 online Help Centre.	Support is provided by email during Central European business hours; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed and service-level commitments depend on the subscription agreement.
