Overview

Continue to Give is a giving and management platform for churches, nonprofits, and missionaries, especially organizations raising under $500,000 a year. It suits teams that want donation collection, donor administration, and fund accounting in one service, but transaction charges and a possible mobile-giving fee deserve close attention.

Key features

Giving and donor management

Organizations can take one-time and recurring gifts, create campaign pages, issue tax receipts, and give donors a portal. Options include text, app, kiosk, QR code, Facebook, peer-to-peer, and online giving. That range can accommodate different giving habits, though the per-transaction charges make pricing less straightforward than a flat subscription.

The ChMS combines donor and church management with a customizable dashboard, forms, communications, pledge management, events, reporting, small-group sign-up, child check-in, and task management. This breadth can reduce the need to separate contribution work from routine coordination. Its $0.03-per-contact Advanced ChMS price may suit organizations that need those management tools, but contact volume matters to the cost.

Fund accounting and integrations

Fund accounting covers starting balances, fund and account management, registrar transactions, journal entries, fund transfers, bank imports, matching contributions to bank batch deposits, and accounting reports. Integrations are also a stated feature, with support content covering accounting or CRM integrations. This is a useful fit for teams seeking giving and fund workflows together; organizations focused only on accepting donations may not need this broader setup.

Security and support

Continue to Give says transactions use 256-bit encryption and that it adheres to PCI compliance regulations. The company offers one-on-one demos with solution experts and lists support at 800.684.0550.

Pricing

Continue to Give has a free plan and says there is no setup fee, monthly fee, contract, or credit card requirement to get started; customers can cancel any time. Free does not mean cost-free per donation: the two missionary plans charge transaction fees, and mobile giving may carry a minimum discount fee.

Via Sending Organization: $0.00 USD per free for missionaries whose sending organization uses Continue to Give; fees are 2.7% + $0.25 per transaction.
Individually: $0.00 USD per free for individuals without a participating sending organization; fees are 3.9% + $0.45 per transaction. The higher charge makes this less favorable than Via Sending Organization for eligible missionaries.
Gold: $29.00 USD per month for churches raising over $5,000/month, with ~2.5% + $0.25 per transaction and ACH at 0.5% + $0.35 per transaction.
Silver: custom pricing for churches raising under $5,000/month, with 3.2% + $0.45 per transaction and ACH at 0.5% + $0.35 per transaction. Its lower fundraising threshold is a fit for smaller churches, but the card transaction rate is higher than Gold's.
Silver Online Giving: custom pricing for U.S. and Canadian clients under $5,000/month in giving; unlimited projects/purposes and donors.
Gold Online Giving: custom pricing for U.S. and Canadian clients over $5,000/month in giving; unlimited projects/purposes and donors.
Advanced ChMS: custom pricing at $0.03 per contact, with CRM/member and contribution management, events and tickets, pledge management, and advanced reporting.
Fund Accounting: custom pricing, with starting balances, fund and account management, registrar transactions, journal entries, bank integrations, and advanced reporting.

The donation-plan thresholds give churches a way to choose by monthly giving volume, while the contact-based ChMS price ties management costs to the size of the database. No seat or usage caps are stated for these plans; Silver and Gold Online Giving explicitly include unlimited projects/purposes and donors.

Platforms

Continue to Give supports Android, iOS, and web. App-based mobile giving is one of its listed donation channels.

Who it's for

Churches, nonprofits, and missionaries that need multiple ways to collect donations alongside donor management or fund accounting are the clearest fit. The focus on organizations raising under $500,000 a year points toward smaller operations. A team seeking only a basic donation page, or one that prioritizes a predictable all-in cost, should compare transaction charges and the possible mobile-giving fee before choosing it.

Pros and cons

Pro: Giving channels span text, app, kiosk, QR code, Facebook, peer-to-peer, and web, giving organizations several ways to reach donors.
Pro: ChMS and fund-accounting workflows extend beyond donation collection to pledges, events, bank imports, and accounting reports.
Pro: Getting started does not require a setup fee, monthly fee, contract, or credit card, and cancellation is allowed at any time.
Con: Transaction fees vary by plan, with Individually charging 3.9% + $0.45 per transaction; donations can therefore cost more than the free-plan label suggests.
Con: The Silver and Silver Online Giving plans target lower-volume organizations but do not publish a fixed price.
Con: A minimum discount fee may apply to mobile giving, adding uncertainty for organizations relying on that channel.

Verdict

Continue to Give is best for smaller churches, nonprofits, and missionaries that want giving, organization management, and fund accounting under one roof. Its broad giving methods and connected administrative tools are the main reasons to choose it; variable transaction charges, custom-priced plans, and a possible mobile-giving fee are the reasons to compare alternatives first.
