Overview

Propwise covers lead intake through follow-up, property matching and deal management. Its CRM tracks contacts, deals, commissions, tasks, reminders and calendars through pipelines and Kanban views. That makes it a more relevant fit for property teams managing active transactions than a basic contact database, though the product’s UAE focus is central to its appeal.

Lead import, routing and automated follow-up help keep enquiries moving, and matching connects leads with properties. These are practical functions for agencies working across prospects and inventory; their value depends on having enough access to the relevant market and inventory tools, which the free plan limits.

Key features

Shared CRM and messaging: A unified inbox brings WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations together with lead context, templates and bulk messaging. This gives teams a way to keep social and messaging enquiries associated with CRM work rather than treating them as separate conversations.
UAE portal workflows: Propwise names Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle as supported portal workflows. That regional orientation is useful to UAE agencies, but it makes the product less compelling for teams whose work is outside that market.
Propilot AI: Propilot answers questions about business and Dubai market data in plain English, supports valuations and prepares actions for review. It is read-only by default; proposed changes need approval unless automatic handling is enabled for that action type. The approval step is a sensible safeguard, though teams wanting broad AI access face limits on the free plan.
Access and security: Workspace access controls, tenant-level data isolation, roles, permissions, session management and audit logs support agency administration. The maker describes its approach as aligned with UAE PDPL practices and informed by GDPR-style privacy and OWASP-inspired security principles.

Pricing

Propwise is freemium, with a 30-day trial. The free Propwise plan costs 0.00 AED per free and provides an organisation workspace, core CRM and lead management, basic pipeline and task tools, and limited market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI tools. It is a reasonable starting point for basic workflows, but the restrictions matter if market research or AI is part of daily work.

Propwise Pro is 333.25 AED per year, billed annually at AED 3,999 per seat; annual billing only. It adds full team CRM and lead management, multiple customisable AI assistants, agency lead sources and channel integrations, automated lead distribution, shared pipelines and team analytics. The per-seat annual commitment suits agencies ready to standardise team workflows, but is a significant constraint for anyone who needs monthly billing or a low-commitment upgrade.

Propilot costs 249.00 AED per month, billed monthly, with plans beginning after a 30-day free trial. It includes a personal account and workspace, one Propilot AI assistant, lead and follow-up management, Dubai market insights, and off-plan and inventory search. That makes it the more direct paid option for an individual agent seeking market tools, rather than shared team controls.

Platforms

Propwise is available on Android, iOS and the web, with a mobile app. That combination suits agents moving between desk-based team work and mobile lead handling.

Who it's for

Agencies and real estate teams are the clearest audience for Propwise, particularly those working with UAE portals and messaging channels and needing shared lead distribution. Individual agents focused on Dubai insights and inventory search may find Propilot a closer fit. Developers are also addressed through a separate developer portal, while buyers outside the UAE should weigh the product’s regional focus carefully.

Pros and cons

Pros: CRM, messaging and property matching sit alongside lead routing and automated follow-up, covering more of an agency’s enquiry workflow than a standalone contact list.
Pros: The named UAE portal workflows and WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook inbox support make the product specifically useful to teams coordinating those channels.
Pros: Propilot keeps proposed changes subject to review by default, which gives teams a degree of control over AI-prepared actions.
Cons: The free plan restricts market intelligence, off-plan and inventory access, and AI tools, so it is not a full preview of the product’s market-focused capabilities.
Cons: Propwise Pro is annual-only and charged per seat, which may not suit small teams that need flexibility in billing or team size.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, see Real Estate CRM Software. LeadPixie is worth considering for teams seeking a free plan for up to 10 users with no time limit. Realatic offers a free tier capped at three users, 100 leads per month and one project, making it an option for smaller teams with modest volumes. Sell.Do uses custom quotes based on team size, modules, AI usage and communication volumes, with a five-user minimum; it may suit a team looking for a quote tailored to those needs.

REALM is an option for teams seeking an intelligence layer that works over their existing CRM, portals and inboxes, priced at $49/ seat / mo. Propertybase may suit buyers specifically seeking a Salesforce-powered real estate CRM, with its Salesforce Edition from $89 per user/month. eesy starts with a free plan for one agent and 50 contacts, making it a limited-scope alternative for a solo user. Makanify is another property-software option. Street.co.uk is also an alternative to consider.

Verdict

Propwise is a strong fit for UAE agencies that want shared lead, deal and messaging workflows with portal connections, and its free tier provides a way to begin with core CRM. Choose Propilot instead if you are an individual agent prioritising Dubai market and inventory tools. Look elsewhere if you need monthly billing for a team plan or a product less centred on the UAE market.
