User access rights, activity logs and secure server backups are listed for relevant plans.

Cons

Several plans have different billing terms and feature limits, so choosing a tier requires close comparison.
Some capabilities, such as multi-branch management and high EWB and e-invoice allowances, are reserved for higher-priced plans.
The listed Basic, Standard and Enterprise prices are monthly, substantially different in term from the annual plans.

Alternatives

Verdict

BUSY brings billing and accounting together with GST reconciliation, inventory, order handling and manufacturing tools, while offering both a free entry plan and paid tiers for broader requirements. Its range of deployment options and mobile app add access choices, and the plan structure distinguishes basic non-GST needs from GST and multi-branch operations. The main decision point is whether a particular tier includes the limits and functions a business needs; reviewing the stated price term and feature list is important before choosing.
