Overview

ConnectLinx covers residential rentals and sales, commercial leases and sales, and professional workflows. Its combination of listings, lead capture, CRM, deal pipelines, documents, e-signatures, commissions, invoices, and team management suits operators who need more than a place to advertise property. A consumer focused only on browsing homes is less likely to need this operational breadth.

Eligible listings can be distributed to portals and partners such as Zillow, Rentals.com, Trulia, and Realtor.com. ConnectLinx does not charge a marketplace fee for each lead, a useful distinction for teams managing lead costs, although listing and user quotas still determine how much business fits in each plan.

Key features

Showing workflows combine self-booking, approvals, lockbox access, reminders, and post-showing feedback. That is valuable when several people coordinate property access and follow-up; the tools cover more of the showing process than scheduling alone.

Transaction records track commissions and splits, invoices, expenses, payments, profit and loss, and 1099-ready records. This makes the platform relevant to operators who want financial activity attached to their property workflows, rather than handled solely in separate records.

Connect AI supports work involving listings, leads, showings, deals, documents, marketing, and operations, with account access through ChatGPT Apps. Google Drive files and signed PDFs can be connected to listings or transactions, and Google Docs/Drive are among its recently verified capabilities. These integrations extend the workflow across common business tools, while the platform's account approval process adds friction before new users can get started.

New accounts require email confirmation, at least one accepted verification method, and administrator review; additional documents or a live call may be requested. ConnectLinx says it uses industry-standard security measures, and says Square processes billing without ConnectLinx storing full card numbers. Support is offered through a contact form for questions including billing, verification, listings, and partnerships.

Pricing

ConnectLinx has a free plan and paid plans from $59/mo. All plans are constrained by users, active listings, and listing units, so choose based on inventory and team size rather than price alone.

Plan	Price	Capacity	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	1 agent user, 1 active listing, up to 4 units or spaces	A solo operator testing a small inventory
Agent	59.00 USD per month	2 agent users, 4 active listings, 10 listing units	A small practice with modest inventory
Team	129.00 USD per month	5 agent users, 20 active listings, 100 listing units	A growing team needing more listing headroom
Brokerage	249.00 USD per month	15 agent users, 100 active listings, 500 listing units	A brokerage managing a larger portfolio
Enterprise	599.00 USD per month	Unlimited agent users, 200 active listings, 1,000 listing units	A larger operation needing broad seat capacity

The free plan gives a solo user a way to begin, but its single active listing and four-unit cap leave little room for a portfolio. Agent adds one user and three listings for $59.00 USD per month; Team and Brokerage raise both seats and inventory substantially for organizations whose workload outgrows that entry tier. Enterprise removes the user cap, but still limits active listings to 200 and listing units to 1,000, so unlimited seats do not mean unlimited inventory.

Platforms

ConnectLinx is available on web and through an API. It also offers account access through ChatGPT Apps.

Who it's for

The product targets agents, brokers, landlords, property managers, owners, investors, commercial and leasing teams, and other operators. Its mix of lead routing, listing distribution, showing coordination, and financial records makes it a stronger fit for people managing property workflows than for individuals who only want a property search experience.

Pros and cons

Pros

Broad property and transaction coverage brings listings, CRM, showings, signatures, and financial records into one operating platform.
Portal distribution and no per-lead marketplace fee can help teams reach prospects without a separate charge for each lead.
Plan tiers scale from a one-user free option to unlimited agent users on Enterprise.

Cons

The free tier's one active listing and four-unit limit is too restrictive for most established operators.
Every paid plan has listing and unit ceilings, including Enterprise, which may constrain businesses with large inventories.
Administrator review and verification requirements can delay account access, with extra documents or a live call sometimes requested.

Alternatives

For a different real estate marketplace option, compare Real Estate Marketplace Software; for a CRM-focused shortlist, see Real Estate CRM Software.

Choose WREX if mobile access matters: it supports Android and iOS as well as web, and its free tier includes property listings for buyers and sellers. Openfront Law Firm is a freemium, self-hosted option with API and web platforms. Frontstead Kit is a free, self-hosted portal, API, and MLS worker under Apache-2.0. RSMS is a paid option for Android, iOS, and web. Zoocasa is a free Android, iOS, and web alternative. Nipige Real Estate & Property starts at 699.00 USD per month and supports Android, iOS, API, self-hosting, and web. Tamaranga is a paid option with a half-yearly renewal for updates, support, and AI Team. IMOBRIA offers web-based custom subscription pricing, with features, users, storage, and integrations set by order form.

Verdict

ConnectLinx is a strong candidate for agents and property teams that want listings tied directly to showings, deals, and financial administration without per-lead marketplace fees. Its free tier lowers the barrier to entry, but tight inventory caps and account approval make it a poor fit for high-volume teams seeking unconstrained listing capacity or immediate access.
