Overview

Bito is a software-development platform built around AI-assisted code review and tools for giving coding agents a structured picture of a software system. Its AI code-review features are available in VS Code, JetBrains IDEs, Cursor, and Windsurf. A separate product, AI Architect, keeps a live knowledge graph of a system’s APIs, modules, and dependencies for coding agents.

Bito supports cloud and self-hosted deployment. Its command-line interface works on macOS, Linux, and Windows. The company says Amar Goel co-founded it with Anand and Mukesh in 2021, with the aim of helping development teams and developers innovate faster.

The review product connects to GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket, including self-managed installations on the Team plan. Bito’s plans also list workflow connections for Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Slack, and Linear, plus MCP for coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex. AI Architect knowledge graph: The system maps APIs, modules, and dependencies in a live graph intended to help coding agents understand a software project.
Broad language support: Bito states support for more than 30 programming languages and more than 20 spoken languages.

Verdict

Bito combines IDE-based AI code reviews with a separate knowledge-graph product for coding agents, and it spans a broad range of code hosts, editors, and deployment choices. Its pricing is relatively easy to compare for Team and Professional reviews, though the included monthly line count and additional-use fees are important parts of the cost. Organizations considering AI Architect or Enterprise review will need to request pricing, and teams should match support commitments and hosting requirements to the plan before choosing.
