Overview

Billo pairs a creator marketplace with tools for brands making and evaluating creator ads. Brands can find vetted human creators for video or photo content, then use performance data and creative support to refine advertising. Optional organic posting, paid ad partnerships, and expert editing add different ways to use the resulting content.

A central part of the product is CreativeOps, which connects creative development with ad performance. It can produce data-backed scripts, suggest creators, analyze ad results, and make new versions from existing footage. An ad account connection is needed to access all CreativeOps features.

Billo offers free sign-up and free creator exploration. Its free plan lists eight AI scripts and three AI mashup credits per month; the site does not specify a free-trial duration. The company says it began in December 2019 and introduced CreativeOps in January 2026.

Key features

Creator sourcing and production

The marketplace is Billo’s route to sourcing creators. Brands can commission videos or photos, review and approve content, and manage usage rights. Each video includes two rounds of edit requests. Typical turnaround is 7 to 12 business days after the product reaches the creator.

Video charges are paid upfront. The stated price includes the creator’s payout, Billo software, and transaction fees. Brands can also arrange partnership ads through Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.

CreativeOps and performance data

CreativeOps supports several stages of ad production: script generation, creator recommendations, ad analysis, and variations made from existing footage. Connecting an ad account unlocks the full set of CreativeOps features. For creator ad metrics, a connected Meta account can provide ROAS, Hook Rate, and CTR. Billo describes this access as read-only.

Business types

Billo presents its brand offering for e-commerce companies, digital products, apps, services, tools, and B2B businesses. That range makes the service relevant to organizations looking for creator-made advertising across both consumer and business-focused offerings.

Pricing

The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes 8 AI scripts per month and 3 AI mashup credits per month. Billo’s Video ads option is listed at 99.00 USD per month, billed from $99 per video. The base product has no mandatory subscription; prepaid packs and balance are also available.

CreativeOps Launch is listed at 500.00 USD per month, with billing of $300/month for the first 3 months and $500/month thereafter. It includes 40 AI scripts per month and 15 AI mashup credits per month. Managed Service starts at $2,000/month and is tailored to task volume and needs. It includes a dedicated team, creator sourcing, brief writing and management, post-production, and a dedicated Slack channel.

Because video content is charged upfront per video, costs depend on the content ordered. The listed prices distinguish the per-video creator-content option from the monthly CreativeOps and managed-service plans.

Platforms

Billo is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Its partnership ad support covers Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.

Who it's for

Billo may suit brands that want creator sourcing and content production alongside tools for interpreting and iterating on ad performance. It is aimed at e-commerce, digital products, apps, services, tools, and B2B businesses. Free creator exploration offers a way to browse before committing to video purchases or a paid plan.

Teams that want only a creator marketplace may find the production workflow most relevant, while those seeking more support can consider CreativeOps or the managed service. The requirement to connect an ad account for all CreativeOps capabilities is important for brands evaluating its analytics and optimization features.

Verdict

Billo is a creator-ad platform that connects sourcing and production with performance-informed creative work. Its marketplace, editing rounds, rights management, and ad partnership options cover content operations, while CreativeOps adds scripts, recommendations, analytics, and footage variations. The strongest fit is a brand that needs creator content and can make use of ad performance data; the upfront per-video model and account-connection requirement for full CreativeOps access are key considerations.
