Overview

Call Loop is a web-based outbound messaging platform for businesses that need to reach contacts by text, automated call or ringless voicemail. It suits teams coordinating more than one channel in scheduled or automated campaigns, but its credit-based usage and regional restrictions deserve a close look before subscribing.

Key features

Call Loop brings bulk SMS and MMS together with scheduled texts, contact segmentation, text-to-join keywords and personalized messages. Those tools support segmented outreach rather than one-size-fits-all blasts, while scheduling helps teams plan delivery in advance.

Voice broadcasts can be scheduled, use caller ID selection, detect live answers and answering machines, and offer a press-1 transfer to a live agent. Ringless voicemail delivers audio to contacts’ voicemail without ringing their phones. Multi-channel drip campaigns can combine texts, calls and voicemail, with delay timers and custom-date scheduling. Together, these options make Call Loop more useful for coordinated follow-up than for a team seeking a single-purpose dialer.

Integrations include ActiveCampaign, AWeber, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Zapier, HubSpot, Keap, ClickFunnels and webinar platforms. The homepage describes the platform as HIPAA-compliant for healthcare providers and business partners; the features page says accounts use 256-bit SSL security and are backed up daily. Call Loop also offers a Support Center, chat and sales contact options.

Credits govern how much outreach a plan buys: one covers a 160-character SMS, a voice broadcast uses one per 60 seconds, and each ringless voicemail costs two. That makes message mix important when estimating campaign capacity; longer texts or frequent voicemail drops can use a modest allowance quickly.

Pricing

Call Loop has no free plan, but offers a 14-day trial with full feature access, no credit card requirement, 25 credits and a demo keyword. The trial automatically upgrades to a $25/mo plan unless canceled, so users should note the cancellation deadline rather than treating the trial as an open-ended free tier.

Month-to-month credit plans include unlimited contacts and users:

Plan	Price	Credits
250 credits	15.00 USD per month	250
500 credits	25.00 USD per month	500
1,000 credits	49.00 USD per month	1,000
2,500 credits	99.00 USD per month	2,500
5,000 credits	179.00 USD per month	5,000
7,500 credits	249.00 USD per month	7,500
10,000 credits	329.00 USD per month	10,000
25,000 credits	749.00 USD per month	25,000
35,000 credits	1049.00 USD per month	35,000
50,000 credits	1499.00 USD per month	50,000

The 250-credit option is the lowest-cost entry point, best for light outreach; larger allowances suit teams with recurring campaigns, though they cost more as volumes rise. The 2,500-credit annual subscription is 99.00 USD per year, billed $99/mo billed annually, and includes 2,500 credits per year, 17% off, unlimited contacts and users, broadcasting, drip campaigns, reporting and analytics, and CRM integrations. That annual allowance is much smaller over a year than the monthly plan's 2,500 credits per month, so it fits only low-volume use despite the discount. The 2,500-credit monthly subscription is 99.00 USD per month, billed $99/mo, and includes 2,500 credits per month, additional credit 3.25¢, unlimited contacts and users, broadcasting, drip campaigns, reporting and analytics, and CRM integrations.

SMS delivery and voice broadcasting are available for US and Canadian phone numbers; the service is not available in the UK or Australia. That rules it out for teams whose target numbers are in those markets.

Platforms

Call Loop is available on the web. Its delivery options include SMS, MMS, automated calls and ringless voicemail, but its SMS and voice availability is limited to US and Canadian phone numbers.

Who it's for

Call Loop is a sensible fit for businesses that need scheduled, personalized outreach across text and voice, particularly when drip sequences and CRM connections matter. Unlimited contacts and users across the month-to-month credit plans avoid seat and list-size ceilings, but the credit quota still constrains activity. It is a poor fit for organizations targeting UK or Australian numbers, or those wanting a free ongoing plan.

Pros and cons

Pros: SMS, calls and ringless voicemail can share drip campaigns, making coordinated multi-channel follow-up possible in one service.
Pros: Unlimited contacts and users on the credit plans allow team and list growth without per-seat or contact caps.
Pros: The 14-day trial includes full feature access without a credit card, giving users a chance to assess workflows before paying.
Cons: Credits are consumed differently by channel, and ringless voicemail costs two credits per message, so campaign volume depends on the mix of outreach.
Cons: Trial accounts automatically upgrade to a $25/mo plan unless canceled.
Cons: SMS and voice coverage is limited to US and Canadian numbers, excluding UK and Australian campaigns.

Alternatives

Choose DialMyCalls if its free automatic call for up to 25 church members, with a 30-second message once per week, matches a church's limited outreach needs. Newfies-Dialer is worth considering for buyers seeking a self-hosted or API option; its 25 Ports plan is 299.00 USD per month for 25 ports, 5 agents, 1 tenant and 10,000 daily calls and SMS.

Adoptiv Voice Broadcasting may suit teams that prefer a per-seat plan: Lite is 19.00 USD per month per seat, with calling billed by the minute, worldwide availability and AI call analysis. EnableX Voice Broadcasting offers a voice API and broadcasting priced at 0.01 USD per contact, with approximate domestic India call rates of $0.005 per minute per call leg and rates varying by destination.

CallMultiplier is an alternative for up to 25 members, with a 7.99 USD per month plan that includes unlimited standard texts and calls and voice messages up to two minutes. Hello Hunter Voice Broadcasting is another voice-broadcasting option. VoxPro Voice Broadcasting and BBOX Voice Messaging are also alternatives for buyers comparing voice messaging tools.

Verdict

Call Loop is best for teams in the US and Canada that want to coordinate personalized texts, automated calls and ringless voicemail in scheduled campaigns, with unlimited users and contacts. Its breadth and multi-channel automation are the strongest reasons to choose it; credit consumption, the trial's automatic paid upgrade and geographic limits are the main reasons to look elsewhere.
