Overview

Week Plan puts prioritization and objectives alongside the weekly schedule. Its Eisenhower Matrix-based Quadrant View helps sort work by urgency and importance, while key results and linked daily tasks give quarterly goals a place in day-to-day planning. That makes it more suited to people who actively review progress than to anyone looking only for a simple task list.

Users can choose among vertical, horizontal, dashboard, and hourly weekly layouts. Tasks can recur daily, weekly, or monthly, and unfinished work rolls over automatically. These options support different planning habits, though the planner depends on an internet connection and cannot be used offline.

Key features

Priorities, goals, and reviews

The Quadrant View organizes tasks around urgency and importance, a practical way to keep high-impact work visible instead of letting the most pressing item always win. Quarterly goals, key results, milestone tracking, goal templates, scheduled reviews, and advanced progress views make the objective side more substantial than a list of targets alone. This is useful for people who want to track progress across a quarter, but less necessary if their planning stays strictly day to day.

Scheduling and focus

Drag-and-drop scheduling lets users place tasks into a weekly plan, while automatic rollover reduces the need to recreate unfinished items. The Pomodoro timer uses 25-minute focus cycles and five-minute breaks, and tracks time automatically. Together, these features favor users who want planning and focused work in one routine.

Teamwork and connections

Team workspaces separate projects, support task assignments, and keep discussions in comments. Google Calendar and Outlook synchronization, plus Zapier connections to over 1,000 apps, help connect the planner with other work tools. MFA through TOTP and industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure are also part of its security offering; support is available through in-app chat or the Support Center.

Pricing

Week Plan is freemium, with a free plan and a 7-day trial. Lite costs 0.00 USD per free and includes basic planner features and High Impact Tasks (HITs). It suits individual users who want to prioritize important tasks without paid planning tools.

Ultimate costs 8.67 USD per month, billed annually. It adds essential planning tools, HITs, team collaboration support, OKR management, customizable roles, and Google and Outlook calendar synchronization. It is the more appropriate fit for people who need goal management and shared planning; Lite gives up those listed team, OKR, and calendar-sync capabilities. The annual billing term matters for anyone comparing the monthly equivalent with a month-to-month price.

Platforms

Week Plan is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. Mobile apps make it accessible across phone and desktop environments, but all use requires an internet connection.

Who it's for

Week Plan is best for goal-oriented individuals and teams that want priorities, quarterly objectives, scheduled tasks, and progress reviews in the same planner. Its layouts, recurring tasks, and timer offer useful structure for weekly work. It is not the right choice for people who need offline access, or for those who want only a lightweight task list without goal tracking or shared workspaces.

Pros and cons

Pros: Connects quarterly goals and key results to daily tasks, which helps users keep routine work tied to longer-term objectives.
Pros: Multiple weekly layouts, recurring tasks, and automatic rollover accommodate different schedules and reduce replanning.
Pros: Team workspaces, comments, role customization on Ultimate, and calendar synchronization support coordinated planning.
Cons: No offline mode means planning stops when internet access is unavailable.
Cons: Ultimate is billed annually, so its 8.67 USD per month price is not a month-to-month commitment.

Alternatives

Goal Tracking Apps are worth comparing if goal setting and progress are the priority; Daily Planner Apps suit readers focused on day-to-day scheduling, and Task Management Software is a broader category for task-focused choices.

Choose Goaltree if you want a free plan centered on three active goals, AI goal breakdown, and a Today view capped at five tasks per day. Its free plan spans more platforms, including Linux, while Week Plan adds weekly layouts, task scheduling, and team workspaces.

Beeminder is an alternative for readers who want goal tracking with unlimited data on its free Core Beeminder plan; its Infinibee plan costs 8.00 USD per month and allows unlimited goals. Week Plan is the better fit when weekly task planning and team collaboration are central.

Consider Weekdone if a free plan for up to three users with full features and live chat and OKR coaching/support suits your team. Perdoo may fit teams seeking a free plan for up to five users that combines strategy maps, OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, Slack and Teams integration, and an AI assistant and coach.

SmartProgress offers a free account with two goals in progress, increasing with experience and level, and team goals for up to five people. It is a relevant comparison for readers whose goal count and small-team limit match that model.

Range may suit a larger team seeking a free plan for up to 12 users and two teams, with limits of three goals, 12 meeting agendas, and 30 days of check-in history. Strides is another goal-tracking option.

Lifeplans offers paid weekly and monthly premium plans; compare its pricing and features if you are considering a different planning option.

Verdict

Choose Week Plan if you want a single planner to connect weekly task scheduling, urgency-based priorities, quarterly OKRs, and team coordination. Its strongest reason to choose is that link between daily work and measurable goals; its clearest reason to look elsewhere is the lack of offline access.
