Overview

Arb Pro is a CRM and operations platform for tree contractors and arborists, joining office administration with separate mobile tools for quoting and field work. It is best suited to businesses that want client management, estimates, risk assessments and job workflows in one service. Its office and work tools cover a broad range of operations, but quoting crews using Android cannot currently use Arb Quotes.

Key features

Arb Office combines a shared calendar and dashboard with client management, messaging, tree mapping, marketing, quotes, invoices and customizable risk assessments. The browser-based application needs no installation and can be accessed wherever there is internet access, which makes it practical for teams that need office records away from a particular computer.

Arb Quotes lets field staff gather customer and tree information, costs, photos, maps, tools and risk-assessment data onsite, then sync it with Arb Office. That can connect field estimates to the office workflow, though the iOS-only quoting app is a material constraint for mixed-platform teams: the Android version is described as in development, with release due in 2026. Arb Work, a separate app, runs on Android and iOS and handles booked work, risk assessments, customer signatures and invoicing at the site.

The mobile app can collect data offline, a useful safeguard at sites without a reliable connection. Arb Pro also connects with cloud versions of Sage, QuickBooks, Xero and KashFlow to sync clients, invoices and payment status. Its Google Calendar API integration sends Arb Pro work, generic and surveyor appointments to Google Calendar one way; changes made in Google Calendar do not sync back. Client data can be exported as CSV. The company says data is hosted in secure UK data centres and encrypted with SSL in transit, and offers one-to-one support and training, including live and video sessions every day.

Pricing

Arb Pro has no free plan or free trial. Plans are monthly and pay-as-you-go, with no contract tie-in. Prices are billed plus VAT, so UK customers should account for tax on top of the amounts below.

Plan	Monthly price	Included access
Tree Contractor Lite	£60.00 per month plus VAT	1 Desktop App, 1 Quoting App, 1 Work Service App; remote support 9am–5pm GMT Monday–Friday
Tree Contractor Standard	£90.00 per month plus VAT	2 Desktop Apps, 2 Quoting Apps, 2 Work Service Apps; remote support 9am–5pm GMT Monday–Friday
Tree Contractor Pro	£125.00 per month plus VAT	3 Desktop Apps, 3 Quoting Apps, 3 Work Service Apps; remote support 9am–5pm GMT Monday–Friday
Tree Contractor Elite	£145.00 per month plus VAT	4 Desktop Apps, 4 Quoting Apps, 4 Work Service Apps; remote support 9am–5pm GMT Monday–Friday

The tiers scale access across desktop, quoting and work apps rather than changing the stated feature set. Lite is the entry point for a single set of users; Standard, Pro and Elite add another set of each app at each step. Teams needing extra logins can add an Extra Mobile User for £10.00 per month plus VAT or an Extra Desktop User for £25.00 per month plus VAT; the desktop add-on is one desktop-only login. With no trial, businesses should be comfortable with the monthly commitment before adopting it, even though they are not locked into a contract.

Platforms

Arb Pro supports web, macOS and Windows for desktop use, and iOS and Android across its mobile offering. The distinction between mobile apps matters: Arb Work supports both major mobile platforms, but Arb Quotes currently supports only iOS. The company describes the service for tree surgeons in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

Who it's for

Arb Pro is a strong fit for tree-care businesses that need office CRM and administrative tools alongside mobile job execution, equipment tracking, crew scheduling and estimate building. Its linked office and field workflows are especially relevant when staff can quote on iOS and need to pass job information back to the office. It is less suitable for teams that depend on Android quoting in the field, or for businesses that require a free entry tier or trial before choosing software.

Pros and cons

Pro: Office, quoting and work apps cover client records, estimates, risk assessments and invoicing across office and field workflows.
Pro: Offline mobile data collection can help crews keep work moving where connectivity is unreliable.
Pro: Accounting integrations sync clients, invoices and payment status with four named cloud accounting services.
Pro: Monthly pay-as-you-go terms avoid a contract lock-in, and CSV export gives users a way to download their client base.
Con: Arb Quotes is iOS-only today, limiting Android crews that need to prepare estimates onsite.
Con: There is no free plan or free trial, so a business must commit to a paid monthly plan to start.
Con: Google Calendar integration is one-way, so calendar changes do not flow back into Arb Pro.

Alternatives

Browse Tree Service Software for more options in the category. Fieldified is worth considering if a free starting plan matters: it offers scheduling, invoicing, CRM and reporting on its free tier, subject to usage limits, and also has a free trial. ArborNote may suit a buyer who wants a free trial and a plan priced at $75.00 per month for one crew leader; its Premium add-on is $100.00 per month. Autopilot is another paid, trial-offering option, with a $49.00-per-month Run plan that includes one user, scheduling, jobs and dispatch, estimates with online approval, invoicing and Tap to Pay. Clearion UVM is a paid alternative for Android, iOS, web and Windows. Sheltera is a paid alternative for Android, iOS, Windows and self-hosted deployment.

Arborgold starts at $129.00 per month on its Starter plan, with an annual contract required and monthly or annual payment options; it may fit buyers comparing a paid tree-care platform with CRM, estimating, land measurement and scheduling. ArborSmart offers a free trial and a Solo / 1 crew plan at $60.00 per month, making it a comparison point for a small crew seeking a paid option. ArboStar is another paid choice; its US Starter plan is $149.00 per month and requires one full office license plus one crew login.

Verdict

Choose Arb Pro if your tree-care business wants a connected office-and-field system, values accounting links and offline data capture, and can work within its app-specific user limits. The breadth of its office and work tools is its clearest advantage. Look elsewhere if your quoting crews use Android, or if you need a free plan or trial before paying.
