Overview

Styrki recalculates weights, sets and reps for each session using training and recovery feedback. That makes it more compelling for people seeking an evolving program than for those who only need a place to record workouts. Running is integrated with GPS, heart-rate tracking and Norwegian 4×4 intervals, giving mixed-training users a reason to keep both activities in one app.

Progress tracking spans more than 20 personal-best types across lifting and running. A Styrki Score, community feed and leaderboards add further ways to follow progress, though the core appeal is the adaptive coaching rather than social features.

Key features

Coaching that adapts

The AI uses training and recovery feedback to adjust each session. Styrki AI adds unlimited workout generation and coach chat, adaptive learning, program adherence and periodization. These tools suit users who want programming to respond over time; Free is better treated as a way to log training and sample coaching, since it allows three AI workouts and five coach messages.

Voice, memory and exercise guidance

Styrki AI Voice adds live voice coaching, spoken cues, RPE prompts, form tips and hands-free coaching, including spoken Max Test guidance. Voice sessions are saved to coach memory, and the coach can also recall earlier text chats. Deleting a conversation deletes its stored memory, a useful control for people who want continuity without retaining a conversation indefinitely.

The library contains more than 600 strength exercises, with video demonstrations, instructions and muscle-targeting guides. That breadth can help users find and understand movements, though the app’s iPhone-only platform rules it out for anyone who needs Android or web access.

Running and connected devices

Apple Watch can start runs and stream live heart rate; Live Activities show pace and rest timers, while widgets display the Styrki Score and next session. Two-way Apple Health integration joins connections for Apple Watch, Strava, Polar and Oura. This combination is useful for people already tracking activity across those services, but the iOS focus makes the device ecosystem central to the choice.

Privacy and AI

Styrki says it does not sell personal information and does not use HealthKit, Motion/Fitness, location, microphone, Bluetooth or Photos data for advertising or marketing. However, relevant training context, prompts, microphone audio and transcripts may be sent to third-party AI providers to produce requested coaching or workout results. Users who prefer not to share that material with AI providers should avoid the coaching features. Styrki describes technical and organizational safeguards but does not guarantee absolute security. Users can request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal data, and can delete an account in settings.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes unlimited manual workout logging, full personal-best tracking, GPS runs, cardio and heart rate, Styrki Score, community feed and leaderboards. It also includes three AI workouts and five coach messages. That is a useful no-cost option for logging and basic tracking, but regular coaching users are likely to reach the AI caps.

Styrki AI costs 59.99 USD per year, billed annually, with a 7-day free trial. It includes everything in Free plus unlimited AI workout generation and coach chat, adaptive learning, program adherence and periodization, and AI avatar and video coaching. It is the more suitable paid tier for users who want ongoing AI programming without voice coaching.

Styrki AI Voice costs 41.67 USD per year, billed annually at $499.99, with a 7-day free trial. It includes everything in Styrki AI plus live voice coaching, spoken cues, RPE prompts, form tips, hands-free coaching, spoken Max Test coaching and voice sessions saved to coach memory. The stated annual billing amount is much higher than Styrki AI’s, so the voice tier makes sense chiefly for users who specifically value spoken, hands-free guidance. Check the amount before starting a trial or subscribing.

Platforms

Styrki is available on iOS. Its Apple Watch features and integrations with Apple Health, Strava, Polar and Oura support a connected iPhone-based setup; it is not the choice for users who need an Android or web app.

Who it's for

Styrki is best for iPhone users who combine lifting and running and want session adjustments based on training and recovery feedback. The free plan can suit manual loggers who want GPS runs and progress tracking with only occasional AI help. Users seeking unlimited AI programming should consider Styrki AI; those who specifically want spoken, hands-free coaching may find AI Voice worthwhile despite its much higher stated annual bill. It is a poor fit for users who need another platform or do not want relevant coaching data sent to third-party AI providers.

Pros and cons

Pros: Adaptive weights, sets and reps make the app more than a static workout log.

Verdict

Choose Styrki if you use an iPhone, train with both weights and runs, and want AI to adjust strength sessions using training and recovery feedback. Its combined tracking and adaptive programming are the strongest reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if you need Android or web access, want more than the free AI allowance without paying, or are uncomfortable sending coaching-related data to third-party AI providers; reserve the costly AI Voice plan for a genuine need for hands-free spoken coaching.
