Overview

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Serafina Corrêa, Brazil, AllEars.Vet centers on recording consultations and turning them into clinical records. Its AI can transcribe a visit live and raise possible diagnoses, exams and questions as the veterinarian examines the patient. The resulting record covers history, physical exam, assessment and plan, and remains editable line by line. That makes the platform more than a booking calendar, but it does not remove the clinician’s responsibility to review its suggestions.

Key features

Live consultation support: Live transcription and suggestions can keep documentation close to the appointment. Free users get suggestions only for the first two minutes, so longer visits lose that live support unless the clinic moves to Pro.
Prescription assistance: The AI can suggest a drug discussed during the consultation and calculate a dose from the patient’s weight. The veterinarian must review the result and sign with a digital certificate; it is support for the prescribing workflow, not a substitute for professional judgment.
History and attachments: Consultations, exams, prescriptions and vaccines appear in a patient timeline, searchable with natural-language queries. Bloodwork, X-rays and lesion photos can be attached in chat for AI analysis alongside that history, which may help clinicians bring records and supporting material into one review.
Scheduling and guardian access: Every plan includes online booking, a calendar, reminders and two-way Google Calendar syncing. Recurring appointments are supported. A password-free link lets guardians view upcoming doses, vaccination records and signed prescriptions selected by the veterinarian, extending access without giving guardians unrestricted records access.
Clinic access and data: Assistants and reception staff can join free and without a seat limit, manage patient and guardian information, view clinic history and documents, and use AI chat. Recording and prescription signing are reserved for veterinarian seats. The company says recordings and data are stored securely and customer data is not used to train public models.

Pricing

AllEars.Vet uses a freemium model, with a 7-day trial and paid plans from $8.33/mo on annual billing. The plans differ in consultation capacity, live support and clinic billing structure.

Free — free: Includes 10 consultations, 20 patients, 150 chat messages and 10 prescriptions per month, plus scheduling. Live suggestions stop after the first two minutes. This suits an individual veterinarian assessing the workflow or handling a small caseload, but the patient and monthly usage caps make it a poor fit for sustained growth.
Pro — 9.99 USD per month billed monthly, or $8.33/mo billed yearly: Removes limits on consultations, patients, prescriptions and chat messages, and keeps live suggestions running throughout the consultation. It is the clearer fit for a busy individual veterinarian who needs capacity beyond Free. The annual option lowers the stated monthly rate but requires yearly billing.
Clinic — 49.90 BRL per month: Billed yearly as 10 monthly payments for 12 months, it provides a shared pool of 200 consultations per veterinarian per month, unlimited shared patients, and free, unlimited assistant and reception access. This structure suits a clinic that wants shared patient records and support-staff access; the shared consultation pool is still a constraint for higher-volume teams.

The Free plan’s caps apply even though scheduling is included across all plans. Clinics comparing Pro with Clinic should weigh unlimited individual-plan usage against Clinic’s shared pool and its distinct yearly payment terms.

Platforms

AllEars.Vet is available on Android, iOS and the web. That range supports mobile use as well as browser-based clinic access.

Who it's for

The product is presented for clinicians, specialists, new graduates and veterinary clinics. Individual practitioners who want AI-assisted records alongside scheduling can start with Free, while Pro is better suited to ongoing use that exceeds its monthly limits. Clinic is aimed at practices that need shared patient access and unlimited assistant and reception accounts. It is less compelling for a practice seeking only appointment booking, since its distinguishing value is the consultation and history workflow.

Pros and cons

Pros

Records and history work together: Editable consultation notes, a patient timeline and natural-language search bring documentation and past care into a connected workflow.
Scheduling is not paywalled: Online booking, reminders and two-way Google Calendar sync are included even on Free.
Clinic support roles do not add seats: Assistants and reception can access patient and guardian information, clinic history, documents and AI chat without a seat charge.
Prescription signing remains clinician-led: The veterinarian reviews and signs AI-assisted prescriptions with a digital certificate.

Cons

Free has tight operating limits: Ten consultations and prescriptions per month, 20 patients and 150 chat messages make it a trial tier for many active practices.
Free live support is brief: Its two-minute suggestion window is unlikely to cover a full consultation.
Clinic billing is unusual: The 49.90 BRL monthly rate is tied to yearly billing with 10 payments across 12 months, and consultation capacity is pooled.

Alternatives

For a wider appointment-booking shortlist, browse Veterinary Appointment Scheduling Software. Consider these options when their platform coverage, booking structure or practice-management focus better matches your needs:

Hunimalis is worth considering if you want a free public page with online booking, contact and location details, and photo uploads; it also supports Linux and macOS.
SchedulingKit may suit a small team that needs a free booking setup capped at one team member, one event type and 50 bookings per month.
Veterical is another freemium veterinary option if you want to compare a product whose free plan has no stated limits.
NaVetor merits a look if you use Patterson payment services and meet its transaction-volume eligibility condition for free access to the full feature set.
EasyWeek for Veterinary Clinics may be a better match if basic booking is the priority: its free tier includes essential features and basic booking functionality.
Vetilog is an alternative to compare if a free tier capped at 100 animals, one user and 100 Mo of documents and photos fits your practice.
Reservio could fit a general booking need if 40 bookings per 30 days and 100 clients cover your free-plan workload.
Bookerva is another web-based booking option, with a free Starter plan for up to 50 bookings per month, one staff member and one location, plus email reminders and a customer database.

Verdict

AllEars.Vet is a strong fit for veterinarians who want consultation documentation, searchable patient history and scheduling in one system, especially clinics that can use its unlimited free assistant and reception access. Its key advantage is the connection between live consultation support and patient records; its main drawback is that Free’s caps and two-minute suggestion window are restrictive for regular use. Choose it if that workflow matters more than a simple booking tool, and compare Pro or Clinic carefully against the workload and billing structure before committing.
