Overview

The service handles the waiver process from form creation to retrieval. Businesses can add signatures and initials, custom or flagged questions, parent or guardian relationships, automatic photo capture, and safety or instructional videos. That flexibility is useful when a waiver needs to capture more than a signature, though businesses with only a basic form may not need the broader set of controls.

Signed waivers can be searched by name, email, event name, and other fields, then exported. A statistical dashboard is included, which the company says can provide marketing insight. OnlineWaiverPro is a division of Monologix, Inc., and the company says it works with rental operators across the United States and Canada.

Key features

Customers can sign on a computer, tablet, mobile device, or onsite kiosk. Kiosk signing gives businesses a way to collect paperwork at the point of service when customers have not completed it beforehand; multiple device options also suit operators who collect waivers remotely. The searchable records and exports help with retrieval and portability rather than locking signed documents into a single workflow.

Mailchimp, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Constant Contact integrations can automatically transfer or export customer contact data. This is useful for businesses already working with those services, but the integration list is specific rather than broad. OnlineWaiverPro says waivers are stored on a secure cloud platform and data is encrypted during transfers. Signed waivers remain on its server for one year after a customer exits, and customers can export all signed waivers when changing providers.

The privacy policy says waiver information may be shared with listed affiliates for independent business purposes such as marketing and analytics, subject to consent or opt-out where required by law. Businesses handling sensitive customer information should weigh that policy alongside the stated security and portability provisions.

Pricing

OnlineWaiverPro has a free plan and paid plans billed monthly, with a 15-day trial. Each plan includes 50 free signed waivers per month; exceeding its cap incurs a per-waiver charge. That makes average volume and busy-month spikes important to the total cost, even though the company says there are no contracts or hidden fees and customers can cancel anytime.

Plan	Price	Monthly waiver allowance and overage	Best fit
Free	Custom pricing	50 signed waivers; $0.15 per signed waiver after	Very low-volume use
Basic	10.00 USD per month	Up to 50 signed waivers; $0.15 per signed waiver after	Small volumes needing a paid plan
Growth	45.00 USD per month	Up to 500 signed waivers; $0.09 per signed waiver after	Steady mid-range volume
Standard	89.00 USD per month	Up to 1000 signed waivers; $0.08 per signed waiver after	Higher, regular volume
Enterprise	125.00 USD per month	Up to 2500 signed waivers; $0.05 per signed waiver after	Large monthly volume
Enterprise Pro	199.00 USD per month	Up to 5000 signed waivers; $0.04 per signed waiver after	Very large but capped volume
Custom pricing	Custom pricing	For more than 5,000 waivers a month	Businesses above the largest published cap

The Free plan has the same 50-waiver threshold and $0.15 overage as Basic, while Basic costs 10.00 USD per month; its reason to pay is not a larger listed allowance. Growth through Enterprise Pro progressively raise the included cap and lower the extra-waiver charge, which can make them more suitable as volume grows. Storage, users, and templates are unlimited across plans, so the main published tier distinction is waiver throughput rather than seats or template count. Businesses expecting more than 5,000 waivers monthly need custom pricing.

Platforms

OnlineWaiverPro supports Android, iOS, and web. Combined with computer, tablet, mobile, and kiosk signing, those platforms cover both customer-owned devices and onsite collection.

Who it's for

Rental operators and other businesses that collect waivers regularly across online and onsite channels are the clearest fit, especially when forms need guardian relationships, custom questions, photo capture, or safety content. Smaller businesses can start with the free plan or Basic, but should compare likely overages against the higher monthly tiers. It is a weaker fit for organizations that need more than 5,000 monthly waivers at a published price, or that do not accept the stated affiliate-sharing terms.

Pros and cons

Pros: Multiple signing devices, including an onsite kiosk, support collection in person as well as remotely.
Pros: Searchable records and full exports make signed waivers easier to retrieve and take to another provider.
Pros: Unlimited users, storage, and templates avoid published seat, archive, and template ceilings.
Cons: Monthly waiver caps and per-waiver overages mean costs can rise with volume or seasonal spikes.
Cons: Waiver data may be shared with affiliates for independent business purposes, a significant consideration for privacy-sensitive organizations.
Cons: The one-year post-exit server retention period may not suit businesses that need a different record-retention arrangement.

Alternatives

For a broader category comparison, see Digital Waiver Software. WaiverFile is worth considering if a booking-fee model suits the business better: its Booking plan has no monthly fee, but adds a 6% booking fee rounded up to the nearest whole dollar, with Stripe processing fees separate.

Survtapp is an option for teams that want a free plan with defined user, form, kiosk, response, storage, and retention limits. WaiverDrop offers a free Starter plan with 10 waivers per month, unlimited templates, document packets, kiosk and touchless modes, and webhooks, making it an alternative for low-volume users who value those capabilities.

WaiverForever has a free Starter plan with 20 submissions per month and basic features. ClickWaiver may suit teams seeking a paid Pro plan with unlimited waivers and templates, three users, one location, white-labeling, API and webhooks, and an AI generator allowance.

WaiverKit is a web-only alternative whose free plan provides one template, 30 signed waivers per month, branding, and PDF export. CleverWaiver starts with a 9.99 USD per month plan for 70 waivers monthly, one template, and a 20-cent charge per extra waiver, a possible choice for businesses whose needs fit that smaller allowance.

Wherewolf is another option to compare for businesses evaluating waiver plans with volume limits.

Verdict

OnlineWaiverPro is a sound choice for rental operators and other businesses that need configurable waivers, kiosk and mobile signing, searchable records, and exports in one workflow. Its main advantage is the breadth of collection and record-management options; its main drawbacks are volume-based overages and affiliate data sharing. Choose it when those capabilities fit the business and monthly waiver use is predictable, and look elsewhere if privacy terms or uncapped volume are decisive.
