Overview

Agentsite brings a real estate website builder, lead management, and AI content tools into one platform. It is designed for Toronto agents, with solo agents and small teams identified as a fit. Agents can create a branded web presence, collect inquiries and organize follow-up; live listing search is available only when the agent has access through an approved provider.

Sites can use real estate layouts with custom colors and fonts, and support content such as posts, videos, and media. Forms, listing inquiries, chat leads, and showing requests can feed into a dashboard with filters, follow-up tasks, email notifications, and CSV export. Agentsite is web-based and says its templates adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops.

Agentsite also supports bilingual templates for clients in English and Chinese. Its Toronto focus is relevant to agents evaluating local listing access: live search depends on board, brokerage, and provider access being ready. Manual listings can be used before then.

Key features

Real estate websites: Agentsite lists 53 professionally designed layouts, with template switching and options for custom brand colors and fonts. The Website Only plan has three templates; the Starter plan includes the full 53-template library.
Lead capture and follow-up: Leads from forms, listing inquiries, chat, and showing requests can be organized in the dashboard. Filters, follow-up tasks, email notifications, and CSV export support day-to-day lead handling.
AI assistance: Available AI tools include listing descriptions, lead summaries and qualification, follow-up suggestions, SEO metadata, content rewriting, and reply drafting. The Free, Website Only, and Starter plans do not include AI; Pro adds AI settings, chatbot controls, content generation, lead qualification, and a reply assistant.
Listings and search: Agents can use manual listings or connect live search through an approved provider once required access is in place. Agentsite supports AMPRE-powered search when available. Website Only includes manual listings and sold-property proof, but not live listing search.
Site visibility and measurement: Tenant sites include sitemap support, JSON-LD, Open Graph tags, and AI-assisted metadata. Built-in analytics cover traffic, lead sources, page performance, and engagement.
Social links and site security: Site footers can link to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. The features page describes custom domains with free SSL and Stripe subscription management.

Platforms

Agentsite runs on the web. Its templates are described as responsive across phones, tablets, and desktops. Custom domains are supported, and custom domains include free SSL according to the features page.

Who it's for

Agentsite is aimed at Toronto real estate agents who want a website and lead follow-up tools together. Solo agents and small teams are its stated audience, while the Team plan adds newsletter sending and expanded team follow-up. Agents who need live listing search should confirm that their board, brokerage, and provider access is ready; manual listings are an option in the meantime.

Agentsite itself notes that enterprise teams needing advanced routing, dialers, permissions, or automation may be better suited to a larger CRM suite. Buyers comparing tools in this category can also browse Real Estate Website Builders.

Pros and cons

Pros: Website building, lead capture, and follow-up are combined; the higher plans include AI tools; the Starter plan provides 53 templates; sites support English and Chinese templates; and analytics, SEO features, social links, custom domains, and free SSL are described.
Cons: Live listing search depends on outside access and is excluded from Website Only; AI is not included until Pro; the Free plan uses an Agentsite path URL and lacks AI; and enterprise teams with advanced CRM requirements may need another type of platform.

Alternatives

Other options in the real estate software category include Panda IDX, Placester, RealFoyer, Realtyna WPL, RealtySuite, and AgentFire. Agreed and Openfront Law Firm are also listed alternatives.

Verdict

Agentsite is a focused option for Toronto agents seeking a branded site with built-in inquiry management and, on higher plans, AI-assisted content and follow-up. Its main practical caveat is that live listing search requires separate access readiness, while the less expensive plans have narrower template and AI capabilities. Agents should compare the plan details with their need for listing search, lead workflows, and team-scale CRM functions before choosing.
