Overview

AdviceFit is a fitness-business platform for operators who want member coaching tied to gym administration, rather than a check-in tool alone. It best suits gyms, studios, trainers, wellness businesses, and chains managing both staff workflows and member activity. Its breadth is appealing, but local integration fit deserves scrutiny before a business commits.

Built by AIONDATA in India and available worldwide, AdviceFit is for fitness operations, not clinical care: it is not an electronic health record, medical device, diagnostic service, or replacement for professional medical advice.

Key features

Coaching and member tools

Trainers and gym staff can handle client assignments, schedules, and packages, while members can receive workout and meal plans and track progress, water, weight, activity, and goals. This connection between coaching and business operations is useful for organizations that want more than attendance tracking. Businesses looking for clinical records or medical decision-making should choose a different kind of product.

Check-in and communication

QR, mobile, and visitor check-in are accompanied by attendance reports and multi-location support. AdviceFit also supports biometric workflows involving ESSL, ZKTeco, and Realtime, and WhatsApp-enabled reminders, follow-ups, reactivation, and communications. That range can support busy front desks and member outreach, but it is only valuable if the devices and messaging setup a business already uses are compatible.

Payments and analytics

The platform manages packages, dues, receipts, and payment journeys, including India-ready UPI workflows. Business intelligence covers revenue, attendance, retention, engagement, and operational performance, giving operators several views of activity in one platform. Worldwide availability does not ensure support for every local payment gateway, tax rule, messaging provider, biometric model, wearable, or accounting integration; confirm the fit for the intended location and setup.

Privacy and optional AI

AdviceFit says personal information is not sold, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and deletion requests are handled within 30 days except where law requires retention. If a gym enables optional AI plan generation, the entered height, weight, fitness goal, diet preference, and workout frequency go to the configured AI service. A trainer or authorized gym user must review the draft before assigning it, so AI output is not assigned automatically.

AIONDATA identifies itself as ISO 9001:2015 certified, CMMI Level 3 appraised, GDPR Ready, and an NVIDIA Inception member. Those credentials may matter to buyers assessing the maker, but they do not remove the need to check local integration and data-handling requirements.

Pricing

AdviceFit has a free plan and paid plans billed monthly. Free is $0/month; Basic is $25/month, Professional is $50/month, and Enterprise is $100/month. Basic is the lowest-cost paid option for a business that has outgrown free access, while Professional and Enterprise cost more; the plan names alone do not establish which operational capabilities distinguish them. The listed plans do not state feature or usage limits, so buyers should confirm their requirements before choosing a tier.

Freemium, Basic, Professional, and Enterprise include ticket and email support. Enterprise+ lists phone support and a dedicated account manager, but its price is custom pricing. Support details do not specify a trial length, renewal terms, or seat and quota caps.

Platforms

AdviceFit supports Android, iOS, and web, giving members and operators access across mobile and browser environments.

Who it's for

AdviceFit is a strong candidate for gyms, studios, chains, trainers, and wellness businesses that need coaching, check-in, payments, and operating reports in a shared workflow. Its multi-location support and attendance tools suit organizations coordinating activity across sites. It is a weaker fit where a required local gateway, tax setup, biometric device, wearable, or accounting integration is unsupported, or where clinical records are central to the work.

Pros and cons

Pros: Coaching plans and member progress tracking sit alongside schedules, packages, attendance, and payment workflows, which can reduce the need to separate member services from gym operations.
Pros: QR, mobile, visitor, and supported biometric check-ins, plus attendance reporting and multi-location support, cover several common gym entry workflows.
Pros: Revenue, attendance, retention, engagement, and operational analytics give operators a broad view of business activity.
Cons: Global availability does not guarantee support for a business's local payment, tax, messaging, biometric, wearable, or accounting setup.
Cons: Free and paid plan feature limits are not established, making it difficult to judge tier fit from price alone.
Cons: Optional AI plan generation sends sensitive fitness inputs to the configured AI service, even though a trainer or authorized gym user must review the draft.

Alternatives

For a more focused attendance choice, Attenditai offers a free plan forever for up to 50 attendees, with unlimited sheets, one extra team member, and QR/barcode, public QR link, and Web Kiosk check-in. It may suit a smaller organization prioritizing check-in over AdviceFit's broader coaching and business workflows.

MoveMembers offers a free plan forever for up to 20 active members, with class scheduling and online booking, a member portal, and self check-in; choose it when that smaller member cap and its listed scheduling and booking tools fit better. BJJChat Attendance System is a free alternative with no tiers or per-member fees and unlimited coaches and students, for buyers who prefer that free attendance-focused model.

RhinoFit Sign-In Kiosk is another freemium option with a free plan and trial. Kenko QR Check-Ins is a paid option with a free trial; its Pro plan is $199.00 USD per month and includes a member app for iOS and Android, scheduling and memberships, team tasks, permissions, and attendance. It is a candidate for buyers who prefer that stated package and price over AdviceFit's lower entry price.

Gymanger is a paid option with a Starter plan at 4,999 PKR per month, while ManageYourGym is a paid product with a free trial. Vizitor is a freemium option with no free plan and a free trial; its Starter plan costs 1,600 INR per month billed annually at ₹19,200 per location, with 300 check-ins per month, up to 50 employees, one location, and one connected device. Choose among these only if their stated model and, for Vizitor, per-location check-in allowance match the buying need.

See the Gym Check-In Software category for more options.

Verdict

Choose AdviceFit if your gym or wellness business wants coaching, member engagement, attendance, payment workflows, and analytics connected in one platform. Its breadth is the main reason to shortlist it; the main reason to look elsewhere is uncertainty around local integration compatibility and the unstated differences between its pricing tiers. Confirm those fit points before selecting a plan.
