Zillow 3D Home is a free app for creating virtual home tours and publishing them on a property's Zillow home details page. Users can capture tours with supported iPhone or Android smartphones, or with compatible 360-degree cameras. The app can also produce interactive floor plans, but floor plans require a compatible 360-degree camera. Tours can be shared through social media, email, text, MLS links, and website embeds. Zillow says tours linked on the MLS automatically syndicate to most major real estate sites. Users can manage published and unpublished tours through the My 3D Homes dashboard on a computer or My 3D Tours in the mobile app, and can grant others editing access through dashboard sharing controls. Tablets, including iPads, require a compatible 360-degree camera for tour capture. Zillow may distribute submitted tours and floor plans to MLSs and other real estate sites; certain sharing choices are available in the Distribution tab. Users need permission to upload property panoramas and must keep people, pets, and private information out of them. Zillow describes the tool for agents, sellers, property managers, and photographers.
