What Zest Benefits is

Zest Benefits is a cloud-based employee benefits platform that integrates with current HR systems. Employers can create personalised offerings for different employee needs, assemble benefits from multiple providers, and manage complex scheme rules through Benefits Builder. The Insight Centre tracks portal visits and benefit take-up to inform changes to benefits and communications. Zest also presents tools for automating benefits administration, maintaining employee information, analytics, and auto enrolment. Employees can use a web app or native app, with available functions determined by their organisation’s setup. The mobile app supports viewing and managing benefits, downloading payslips, and recognising colleagues. Its Google Play listing says it detects rooted or jailbroken devices and encrypts data in transit. An organisation must use Zest before an employee can access the app. Zest presents the service to employers managing and communicating workplace benefits. It is available on Android, iOS, and web, with pricing supplied on request. Zest’s support example includes customer training and software customisation.
