What WyChecks is

WyChecks is web-based check-printing software for financial institutions. It prints complete checks on secure blank stock, produces starter checks on demand, and creates PDF copies for imaging platforms. Supported account types include share draft, loan, cashier’s check, money order, accounts payable, and purchase order accounts, with unlimited accounts listed. Centralized laser printing and signing use a built-in logical print server and can work with unlimited network printers. WyChecks can print and sign in one pass, support up to three signatures, and suppress signatures above preset amounts. Protected amount graphics are intended to resist forgery. The system archives non-negotiable PDF images for storage and retrieval, with files indexable for import into most imaging platforms. Audit counts can cover signed, voided, or all checks. A password-restricted browser administrator panel handles user, form, and programming changes. Deployment is offered in secure virtual and hardware formats. HP-compatible PCL5 laser printers are required, while a MICR toner cartridge enables ABA-specification MICR lines. Pricing is available on request.
