What Wheebox is

Wheebox provides digital assessments, employability benchmarking, workforce analytics, and examination solutions for enterprise hiring and certification, higher education, and government and public-sector programs. It supports simultaneous exams across locations, with centralized dashboards and reporting for examination performance, participation, and operational metrics. Assessments can measure candidate readiness, identify skill gaps, and generate insights aligned to industry requirements. The catalog includes standardized tests in leadership competency, critical thinking, prevention audit, behavioural dimensions, and managerial competency. Its technical assessment library covers more than 40,000 questions across 800+ skills, with subject content spanning IT, BFSI, manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, retail, and pharma. Remote proctoring features include identity verification, browser controls, live invigilation support, and AI-assisted behavioural analysis. Wheebox Safe Exam Browser blocks navigation, sharing, and projection of the assessment screen. TestNow supports AI-powered on-demand exams on Android and iOS, but tests cannot be created in the app. RPaaS integrates with third-party assessment platforms and LMSs, including Moodle, Blackboard, and Sakai as LTI-compliant examples.
