What Webex Events Onsite is

Webex Events Onsite provides on-site event check-in, badge design and printing, and session check-in. Organizers can choose on-demand or distributed check-in, let attendees verify badge details, or use Fast Track Check-in. Branding, fields, badge rules, and designs can be customized for attendee types. Session tools cover access management, attendance monitoring, capacity updates, education credits, and participation control. Onsite metrics show check-in timing and location, badge printing activity, and who has yet to check in. Customers can use their own equipment or rent through preferred vendor Choose 2 Rent or another rental vendor; the maker recommends starting hardware purchasing at least 12 weeks before an event. Badges print in black and white by default, with pre-printed color designs available for additional cost. The Onsite app is for Apple devices and requires iOS or iPadOS 16. Users sign in with a Webex Events platform account. Webex Events is available with select Webex Suite Enterprise Agreements and cannot be purchased separately. Pricing is on request.
