What VoteAlly is
VoteAlly provides online voting for membership organizations, including HOAs, condo associations, nonprofits, boards, unions, and co-ops. Administrators can run a Live Meeting session by opening and closing questions one at a time, or schedule an election to open questions at a set time. Voters receive personalized passwordless email links and can vote from a phone, tablet, or computer without an app or account. Ballots support weighted voting, motion pass rules, multi-candidate and cumulative voting, randomized candidate order, and candidate profiles with photos and bios. Administrators can export participation, final tallies, and anonymous ballots, and search a log of administrative actions. VoteAlly says it encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256; ballot choices also receive application-layer encryption. It is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Free allows 50 eligible voters per session, two active sessions, and one admin seat. Pro Association costs $220 a year and supports 120 eligible voters per session.
