What VendorPM is

VendorPM is web-based software that brings vendor credentialing, procurement, and contract management together for property managers and vendors. Its credentialing team handles onboarding and compliance checks, including certificates of insurance and workers’ compensation verification. Vendors can be assigned risk tiers, with requirements matched to their service and risk level. Procurement offers pre-vetted vendors, competitive bids, and standardized templates; AI can help draft project descriptions and scopes of work for RFX requests. Contract tools organize agreements with labels, categories, and filters such as expiration date, service type, and region. VendorPM integrates with Yardi Voyager 7S to sync compliance status, insurance and workers’ compensation expiry, vendor updates, and contact information. Vendors can create a free account to build a profile, manage client communications, and maintain compliance. Vendor growth plans and bidding on open quote requests are currently limited to vendors in Ontario and Alberta. The company launched in 2020 and is headquartered in Toronto.
