Tyzra
Tyzra is a client portal for online coaches covering check-ins, training, nutrition and progress tracking.
What Tyzra is
Tyzra is a client portal for online coaches covering check-ins, training, nutrition and progress tracking. Coaches can schedule check-in templates, then review submissions with photos, trends and structured feedback in a queue ordered by urgency. Workout plans can include up to 14 sessions, with up to 30 exercises per session and 20 sets per exercise, alongside RIR or RPE, tempo, rest, supersets, warm-ups and finishers. Client logs save on the device and sync when a connection returns, including after a crash or page refresh. Food search draws on USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, and clients can scan barcodes without another tracking app. Meal plans can span seven days, with up to 10 meals per day and two to six options per meal. Progress photos are private to the client and coach, with EXIF location metadata removed on upload. The coach dashboard surfaces reviews, overdue clients, compliance, inactivity and habit alerts. Clients access Tyzra free through a web link; coaches can use Android, iOS or web.
Good
- Offline logs sync when the connection returns.
- Food search uses two listed food databases.
- Progress photos are visible only to client and coach.
- Migration help is included on every plan.
Watch out
- The free plan is limited to five clients.
- One account does not support multiple coaches.
- No free trial is offered.
Who it suits
Tyzra suits solo coaches who want check-ins, workout programming, nutrition tools and progress tracking in one client portal. It does not currently support multiple coaches on one account.
Verdict
Tyzra brings coaching check-ins, training, nutrition and progress review into a single portal. Solo coaches should weigh the client limits and lack of multi-coach support against its offline logging and migration tools.
