TPGenie creates and manages transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, intercompany agreements, TP Forms, and Country-by-Country Reporting. Its Basic product is a web-based documentation tool for local entities and small advisory companies, with a four-step Local File process, templates, country references, benchmarking databases, a guide, and a calendar. Business adds client management, document sharing and delegation, workflow, status and messaging tools, and an audit trail. Enterprise supports central or local documentation workflows for multinational groups, with dynamic templates, document management, workflow, and automated P&L segmentation. TP Copilot is described as an AI validation module that checks for discrepancies and offers recommendations based on OECD guidelines and local legislation. Other tools include benchmarking AI to screen potential comparables and a Compliance Tracker for country requirements and filing deadlines. The API can manage environments, financial years, and users, but requires a license and signup. Pricing is on request.
