ToMotion AI is a web service for turning prompts and source materials into narrated animated explainer videos. Users can begin with an idea, script, lesson notes, documents, presentations, or a reference image. Its workspace combines illustrated scenes, AI narration, and animation timed to the narration; the homepage describes 40+ languages and unlimited visual styles. Paid credit packs provide watermark-free downloads for commercial use in horizontal 16:9 or vertical 9:16 formats. AI avatars are not supported. Credits do not expire: standard quality uses one credit per second, high quality uses two, and ElevenLabs voices add 0.2 credits per second. One-time paid plans include Starter at 21.00 INR, Creator at 59.00 INR, Business at 199.00 INR, and Scale at 510.00 USD; their credit allowances and features differ. Enterprise pricing is custom and not listed. The creation form has “Publish to Public Gallery” selected by default, and public videos may expose the video, audio, thumbnail, title, original prompt, and narration transcript. The privacy policy does not promise zero retention or that every AI provider avoids model improvement, and content may be processed outside India and the user’s country.
