Teamgage is an employee feedback platform for improving team performance and reducing psychosocial risk. Its Huddle feature uses short pulse surveys with a stated 20-second submission experience. Reports provide heatmaps, organizational and demographic views, and internal and external benchmarks. Teams can reply to feedback, create improvement actions, and share results with employees. Teamgage Surveys adds configurable question types, leader controls, and ready-to-use templates for broader surveys. Integrations include Slack and Microsoft Teams, with email and SMS notification channels. In Microsoft Teams, employees can submit feedback and leaders can view team results. Teamgage says submitters and commenters are not identifiable to viewers and describes safeguards against inappropriate submissions. It states that it is ISO 27001:2022 certified, with enterprise security, encryption, and single sign-on hosted and backed by Microsoft Azure. The service is available on Android, iOS, and the web, and works in modern browsers without requiring a program or app download.
