What TalkOn is

TalkOn is a cloud-based practice management service for speech-language pathologists, bringing client records, scheduling, treatment planning, documentation, and caregiver home practice together. Practitioners can enter client details and send parent assessment forms, which upload to the client profile when completed. Treatment goals reflect language development norms by age and diagnosis, with tools and benchmarks for setting goals. Clinicians can document sessions, update goals, and assign home exercises; caregivers can receive daily reminders, record practice in the smartphone app, and send recordings back to the practitioner. Subscriptions also include customizable digital questionnaires, treatment summaries with records, caregiver communication, and notifications for birthdays, questionnaires, and exercises. Google Calendar integration is listed. TalkOn serves private clinicians, clinics, and institutions, and caregiver access is invitation-based through a dedicated link for parents. The company says it is fully HIPAA compliant and uses encryption to protect patient information.
