StudioFlow is web-based software for yoga, Pilates, barre, and other boutique fitness studios, including multi-location operators. It combines scheduling, memberships, payments, marketing analytics, and a studio website. The weekly calendar handles instructor assignments, attendance, walk-ins, capacity management, and waitlists. Studios can offer recurring memberships, class packs, drop-ins, introductory offers, and trial passes through Stripe Connect. Native email marketing supports contact import, segmentation, campaign analytics, and lag-adjusted booking attribution. Integrations listed include Stripe, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Dashboards can be filtered by location or rolled up across locations with drill-down reporting. Separate portals are described for owners or managers, front-desk staff, instructors, and clients. Client payments go directly to the studio’s Stripe account.
