It matches this activity into live profiles, which teams can use for email and SMS campaigns, segmentation, automated win-backs, review requests, and loyalty points tied to Square payments. Reservations made through a branded Stampede page can flow into Square for Restaurants, and deposits can be processed through Stripe or Square. Groups can manage multiple venues from one account with role-based access, cross-venue segments, estate-wide reporting, and a consolidated bill. Support and onboarding are included on every plan, with help available by email, live chat, or phone Monday to Sunday, 9:00am to 5:30pm UK time. Its REST API can read and write profiles and log bookings, orders, Wi-Fi sessions, and form submissions, with a limit of 100 requests per 15 minutes.
